The team at ANAX has never disappointed. We have used them for 5 years as our IT support and have always been pleased with the service and staff. Jeromy is amazing and we love working with him. Took 3 days to convert 4 computers. Talked a good game but didn’t do anything extraordinary. In fact, only transferred files from certain computers because they couldn’t figure it out or it would take too long. Disappointed. Lost a lot of data/files that intentionally weren’t saved on the server; no follow-up or even in-office customer service; gentleman who was doing the service was a distraction to operations, unprofessional service
