Anacortes Senior Activity Center - Senior citizen center in Anacortes - 1701 22nd St, USA

I'm relatively new to Anacortes, but have been going regularly to the Anacortes Senior Center on Mondays as part of the rock painting group that meets there in the afternoon. I am not familiar with all that it offers, but it seems to be a very pleasant and friendly place. I would strongly encourage people new to the area, or others that may be alone and in need of friends, to look into the various activities and other programs offered at the Senior Center. Growing old is hard enough, you don't want to do it alone!

It a BUSY place,it has many classes ,etc I go every other Friday to hold a support group for living a healthy life. It's a group for people who have gone through the living healthy class at the center,we also welcome anyone who would like to join us It's the 1st and 3ed fri of the month and starts at 3pm..

Our activity center is a wonderful place to gather. For classes (like Spanish) and games (Scrabble, Bridge ..) and special speakers . I'm so grateful we have this resource available.

They offer a wide range of services including meals on wheels and offering lunches 5 days a week so they're actually pretty good resource

It's more than a senior center, it an important part of the Anacortes community. It's always busy, the lunches are a great deal and everyone is kind.

I have fun carving on Monday, knitting on Tuesday, and dancing on Friday, wish I had more time to spend at the Anacortes Senior center.

The classes and things going on here are endless. This is also a great venue to rent. There is a little gift shop as well.

Not all senior centers are fun and full of life, but this one is wonderful. It is a nice place to be.
