Great gym for as plenty of space and equipment! But DO NOT …DO NOT do the personal training!!!!! They will lie to you and say they are putting you in a short contract … then put you in a year contract!!!!!! Then when you go to let them know you wanted to go ahead and not continue the PT after the contract is up they say oh well actually you are in a year contract…. THAT you should have read the contract… the only type of contract for me to see was the one I was signing with my finger so I couldn’t seee anything on the little pin pad to see!!!!!

I find it regrettable to share my disappointing experience with Amped Fitness, a company I was once proud to be associated with as a former employee. My intent is to bring attention to an issue that reflects poorly on their commitment to fair employment practices. Despite the company's emphasis on customer service, my experience in seeking my final wages of a mere $250 has been disheartening. Following my departure, I have been met with evasion and unfulfilled promises from Amped Fitness regarding payment. This has led me to question the integrity of a company that boasts about its values. It is disconcerting to see Amped Fitness, a company that prides itself on customer service, fall short in its treatment of former employees. My hope is that this is an isolated incident and not reflective of a broader pattern within the organization. As a last resort, I am compelled to involve the US Labor Department Wage & Hour Division and seek legal counsel to address this matter. It's important to note that my pursuit is not solely about the monetary compensation of $250; rather, it is about upholding principles of fairness and ethical business practices. I trust that Amped Fitness will take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly. My intention is to shed light on my experience, in the hope that the company reevaluates its stance on employee rights and ensures a more respectful and transparent approach in the future. I sincerely hope that no other employee encounters a similar situation and that Amped Fitness takes the necessary steps to rectify this matter.

Have great equipment but literally only like 1-2 of each Wich really isn’t fit for how many people go there very no extra cable machine for peck flys only 2 squat racks Wich is probably one of the most annoying things abt it when you have half the people in there trying to use it. Amp I know yall be reading these so please just please get some extra equipment with how crowded yall get🤣

So far it's the best value I have gotten out of a gym in town. 24/7 hours are a draw and I love brand new equipment. The staff are helpful and I'm a huge fan of gyms with childcare for my girls.

Attention to all gym lovers : It's highly advisable to carefully review your contract terms. While it's true that the staff provided an initial explanation, there's room for improvement in comprehending all the associated fees. This includes a monthly charge, an annual fee, and a rather surprising cancellation fee for membership, especially pertaining to personal training sessions. It's rather disconcerting that a request to cancel a PT session results in being charged for an entire year's membership fees, even without the opportunity to attend a single session. This raises valid concerns about transparency and practices within the fitness industry." It seems like they don’t like guest members the way them treat guest members are so rude and embarrassing in front of other people. What if you go gym with friends and some staff comes ask “He/She can’t be here and need to get out of here”. Not gonna mentioned here the PT gentlemen name here but not recommend for PT and Guest Members.

The best gym in the river region! Lighting is immaculate (makes for great content)! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The trainers are very knowledgeable. Not crowded. Sauna works great! Equipment is brand new and taken well care of!

I went to inquire about a membership at 9 am and the doors were locked. I guess there are certain hours guests are allowed inside. Anyways the staff was just staring at me through the window inside of informing me. Very unprofessional and rude.

Very unfriendly staff….. whenever I want to do the virtual class someone (staff) has either shut off the volume or ON button that I have never been able to take the class. When you go in the front to ask them to turn it ON no one comes to the room. I’am already looking for another gym.
