AMLI Lex On Orange - Apartment complex in Glendale - 321 N Orange St, USA

Our manager is great! She is understanding and flexible. She can make sensible executive decisions and is able to see the global view to resolve an issue. I’m very happy with her.

I am very happy to move to Lex on Orange 6 month ago. Thanks to Chanelle and Rezzo who are very fast to responce, take care of our community, and just very kind and responsible people. Maintance and cleanning stuff are on top of their game. Lex on Orange is, IMHO, best community in Glendale area with the best sunset views from our balcony !

Our rental agent was very friendly and professional, gave us all the necessary information and helped us obtain options for our needs. I give him 5 start But the girl there is rude and uneducated, we arrived 20 minutes early and she didn't even open the door so we could wait in the waiting room. We waited on the street for 20 minutes until it was time for the appointment to see the apartment, I liked the building but I got so angry about this that I would prefer to see another building where the customer service agent has more education

I've lived here in a studio for a year and I LOVE it. The studio is the perfect size for a single resident and dog. My favorite parts are the half wall that separates the living area from the sleeping area, and the full-sized washer and dryer. I love having assigned underground parking so I know my car is secure and I'll always have a spot. I don't really have any complaints about the place. I'm moving out in a month to be closer to my job, but I'm going to miss living here!

Moved in recently and was greeted with warm staff. Chanelle for helping me with literally with everything (step by step) and Jacob - one of the nicest service technicians who solved all problems in a jiffy. Rizzo - always patiently explaining every new thing that I keep having doubts about

I love living at Lex on Orange. I love the fact that it is centrally located and the ability to walk to restaurants or the mall are a plus!

Excellent move in experience. Rizzo is a awesome guy, super easy to work with. The leasing team calls back quickly and they are fast and efficient. I never felt like I was left hanging for answers. Update after almost a year: Still an awesome place! Gym is really good and I am enjoying my apartment!

My partner and I have been living here (with our dog) for almost a year now and have been super happy with with this apartment complex. Awesome location in downtown Glendale (pretty walkable for most everything), high level of security (fully gated, key fob access, delivery lockers, lots of security cameras), next-day fast maintenance, and great amenities (including a rooftop dog park with washing stations!).
