AmeriVu Inn & Suites- Sheboygan/The Falls - Hotel in Sheboygan Falls - 600 N Main St North, USA

I've stayed at a handful of hotels in Sheboygan during the summers when I am in the area for Asylum Tours, and this hotel is certainly one of the better options while still being affordable! Clean rooms, friendly staff, simple check ins... I have no complaints! I won't be trying other hotels going forward - This place will be my go-to!

Customer Service 4/5 I made a mistake while booking and the receptionist helped me resolve the issue with ease over the phone. The in-person receptionist wasn't very knowledgeable and was different from the one I spoke with on the phone. Pool and Hot Tub 3/5 The pool and hot tub were very clean. The switch for the hot tub is on the wall next to the bathrooms. Not the one next to the (out of order) sauna room! Hotel staff didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the location of the switch and how customers may confuse the different switches. Please put up a sign to clearly label where the switch for the hot tub is located. Breakfast 3/5 Eggs were great. Options for sausage, toast, bagels, and pancakes available. Providing some fresh fruit, non-dairy milk, would be nice for people who eat vegan. Not vegan, but serve all guests appropriately. Fitness Center 1/5 Tables and other misc equipment were placed in fitness center. The only equipment available for use were a treadmill, which wasn't plugged in and an outdated stationary bike. This is not a fitness center and should not be advertised as one. More equipment and updates needed. Room 3/5 The bathroom for the Queen Suite was very tight and small. Door almost hits the toilet. No steam iron for clothes or hair dryer equipped in room. Beds were comfortable.

Missy, Brittany, and Justin are absolutely awesome. I've never seen a manager come in on the weekend and so attentive to her customers. The rooms were nice. Pool was too cold Hot tub jets weren't working but they are updating the system. Once it's updated it will be great. Definitely worth the price and location. We were there for 3 days and it was wonderful We will be back for sure

Decided to stay for a quick over night before driving home. We were so pleasantly surprised! Clean, complying, quiet rooms. Pool and hot tub exceeded expectations, nice continental breakfast, which included eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels. Very nice staff! Even the bar is open, looks like fitness center is close to being done. It has been completely renovated, Sheboygan Falls is so nice, we will be back to explore.

Very nice location, parking lot leaves a little to be desired because it is such close spots, but it is what it is. Did find a small piece of glass in the floor... Checking in was a breeze, and all the staff have been very friendly. We did find a small piece of glass in the bathroom, via my boyfriend's foot, and took it to the front desk. The woman there was very apologetic, explained they were remodeling, and since there was no injury we didn't press the matter because we know accidents happen. The rooms are clean, the glass was very small and could've easily been missed, but thats why the room rating is down a star because it still could've been bad for a small child or someone with illnesses to get that in their foot. Very spacious, pillows are firm but comfortable, and the bed is on the firmer side so just be aware of that if you don't like a firm mattress. The bathroom is wonderful, and spacious! This is just a regular room too, not accessible or accommodated. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. I posted photos after we've unpacked.

The hotel is being renovated, and what has been accomplished so far is such a positive improvement of this property. Although there was no food available on site do to the remodel, the new King Mattress was SO comfortable, hotel was quiet, shower towels were soft and a nice big size. We only slept here as we celebrated Christmas and New Year's with family. Thank you.

This is a great place to spend the night. It's reasonable, the reviews about good customer service are correct. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast is good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a wood floor, an area rug would be nice for your feet. It was quiet and we all slept well. I usually don't sleep good my first night at places, but had no troubles here. The only thing I would do differently is get a room with a couch.

It was very nice and quiet friendly staff the room was cleaned and cleaned daily buy house keeping. I never had to ask for towels. The pool and hot tub we're nice even opened it up for me after they treated it so that right there says they keep up on there hotel. Nice breakfast loved it very hot fresh.
