AmeriVu Inn and Suites - Eau Claire - Motel in Eau Claire - 2245 S Hastings Way, USA

The room was comfy and clean enough, the bed I had in room 19 was HUGE. the carpets are a bit grubby and you have to have the curtains drawn because everyone can see in, this makes the room a bit dingy. TV fridge microwave all good. Bottom of the bath was also a bit grubby so shower is the way to go, water was hot and pressure average. Lots of good quality towels and various soaps. Had a good nights sleep it was quiet, felt safe, car is right outside the room. Check in was quick and simple, WiFi was ok with 5 different servers to choose from. Tv channels were good. There is NO BREAKFAST at this motel, even though some websites say there is and some reviews mention donuts, there’s only cheap coffee, that’s it. There was no one at the desk when I left at 8am so I just left the key card on the computer keyboard. Good value for money, I paid around $65.

Solid, cheap motel. Clean rooms, friendly service, but little in way of amenities. Location is good as long as you have transportation and are not trying to walk (you would have to cross some pretty big highway interchanges). Internet worked well. This is the best value I have seen for low cost but acceptable value for simple stay overs I have found in area. I will be back.

For the money, it was a good stay. Rooms were nice, bed was very comfortable, stay was very quiet (4 nights). The only complaints were the carpet had a couple of big stains and the bathroom electric outlet did not work at all.

No frills. Clean. Comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The motel appears to have been recently painted. The bathrooms are dated. Very old. Our king room was small. No where to sit other than on the bed. The double queen room has two chairs and a small table. Coffee and prepackaged snacks in the AM. No breakfast but we knew that. Didn’t hook up to wifi. Perfect for a place to sleep.

It’s not like you could call this place a dump. But holes in the bedding? One cup at the basin? Pile of vomit in the lot for at least 12 hours? No one at the counter when we left, either. We’d used a free night earned through stays at other (much better!) properties on a road trip. This was chosen for its high rating on another site. I had to wonder where that rating came from

I made a late night reservation and checked in with ease. This is a 1960s motel style property. It is clean, close to UWEC, and a quiet place to stay if you have business to do in Eau Claire. For basic, tidy accommodations, I would stay here again.

No breakfast. They list free breakfast on website. Not true. Otherwise average room. Clean with some scuffs. Shower head is very low. At 5'7 I had to bend to get head wet. Several restaurants close. Good value as long as you don't have high expectations.

Very patient, kind service. The rooms are very large (I rented a one bed, it had a dresser, pullout sofa, desk, and side tables), elegantly decorated, and stocked with basic hygiene items.
