We had a wonderful stay as always for our Labor Day getaway. Susan & Kim are gracious hosts that go above and beyond in our opinion to make your stay the best it can be. The breakfast each morning not only was beautifully presented, but tasted great. We very highly recommend their B&B whether you are visiting Americus or just passing through for the night.

The Americus Garden Inn is an excellent example of a B&B with its own distinct character. We stayed in this lovely antebellum house for the second time in 5 years, and enjoyed it every time. The guest rooms and other rooms in the house are so nice, decorated with an eye for detail, and all the comfort you can think of. Breakfast is a feast, again presented with an eye for detail and originality, and so delicious. The nicest part of our visit were the hosts, Kim and Susan. Because it was the second time we stayed at their B&B, it felt like coming home to good friends. We had such a nice conversation with them and the other guests after breakfast. Never to forget. We will be back some time!

The owners, Susan and Kim are delightful, thoughtful, warm and welcoming. We truly felt like we were staying with family. The home is beautiful with nice decorative touches throughout the property. We stayed in the Scarlet room. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable with a nice view of their well tended garden. Breakfast was the highlight of our morning!!! We eagerly looked forward to Susan’s cooking every morning. The food was delicious!!! The presentation was like no other. You could see and taste the care that went into each dish. I love a good cup of coffee in the morning and Susan’s and Kim’s offerings did not disappoint. There is no better way to start one’s day. We had it all; comfortable slumber, fabulous breakfast, good coffee and great people. When in Americus GA again we know where we are staying. We’ll be back Susan and Kim🤗

My mom, sister and I came in town to visit family and stayed in the Magnolia suite. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The owners Tim and Susan have paid attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding and the variety was large. Susan, is an amazing chef that studied at the culinary kitchen of grandma. In my humble opinion there is no better place. The menu is created from seasonal fruits and vegetables from the area and all with southern flair. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. While walking around the house I was imagining the history and the people that this house has seen. Make sure to read their story on the website. The house is warm and inviting and the southern hospitality offered was like no other. You will truly enjoy your stay here.

Kim and Susan impressed both my husband and me with their charm, personality, and kindness. It was our first visit to a BNB and the two made it a memorable experience. The home was well maintained, and our room (balcony) was just so comfortable. Kim and Susan knew so much about the area and what to see and do. Susan's culinary skills rival many chefs. I never had scones so fluffy or pancakes that tasted so good. These two have found a way to make anyone feel like their guest are part of the family. |We will always remember this visit and hope to revisit them someday. We wish Kim and Susan many more years of success.

This bed and breakfast was such a great experience. The couple who run it are so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious both mornings! They also have a well-stocked area with coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them - I was in town for a work conference and it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

We stayed at America’s Garden inn Bed-and-breakfast and what a treat. It actually felt like home. Susan and Kim are like family. We talked for hours at breakfast. Listen to their stories and we told some of ours stay was very very comfortable. The host are very accommodating and the place is beautiful. We would certainly go back for another stay the food was excellent, the gardens were beautiful. It just felt like home. Thank you Susan and Kim for a great weekend.

This bed and breakfast is truly a hidden gem in Americus Ga! Susan and Kim are there to attend to your every need. The room and bath we stayed in was spacious and private. The breakfast is not your typical southern pig out breakfast, rather Susan has a flare for breakfast with a culinary touch that is delicious and beautiful! Be prepared to enjoy.
