"I recently stayed at the AmericInn by Wyndham in West Bend, and it was a great experience. The breakfast they serve is fantastic, with a variety of options that start the day off right. The price was perfect for the accommodations—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but also gave us our space, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it's a great value, and I’m already planning to stay here again in October! Stay was 8/23-8/27

Wow I am spoiled now and will always look for a AmericInn Hotel when traveling. My stay being a few days long I can say that I was thoroughly impressed by everything about this hotel. Worth the money and really a bargain for the level of service and accommodations you will experience.|I was on the first floor and my room was so quiet and comfortable I can say as soon as the door closes the quiet starts!|Comfortable bed, pillows, comforter, etc.. slept great! I'm thankful to have found such a welcoming stay.

We stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding near the hotel. The rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful! The staff was so, so friendly and accommodating. They recognized us from when we checked in and answered all of our questions so nicely. Just a superb experience all around. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here because of a car show in town. Great stay. Quiet. Great breakfast in the morning was included. We used our Wyndham points so it was no cost to use. Thank you Wyndham !!

A nice hotel where we have stayed before. The rooms were maintained and what you would expect. The breakfast was good but we miss the pancake machine. Not a waffle person and we had loved the pancakes in the past.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. At first I was hesitant to book, but very happy I did. Great, safe location. Friendly staff. Big rooms. The coffee/tea station in the lobby was 24hrs and stocked well. Negative: Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell so we bought an air freshener. The bed was not very comfortable, too hard.

First impression was not favorable. We didn't realize when the reservation was made that there wasn't a pool. Since the RNC was taking place on Monday (we checked in the previous Friday) the rates jumped from $140 to $210 for a normal room. We tried to upgrade our room to a King with hot tub - and was told that it would be an extra $100/night for the hot tub. Upon walking into the room, it smelled musty/moldy. TV was smaller than 32" - which is not typical of any of our previous hotel stays at other chains. This hotel needs a major renovation if all the rooms were like ours. Went to breakfast in the morning, and the first thing that caught my eye was the stains on the salt & pepper packages, and next to the packages was a sausage link. Didn't check to see if it was warm or not. Other packaged condiments were in the same condition - ketchup packages were bloated, ready to explode and overheard someone say they were expired. Husband used the honey, that looked like it was old as well. When we checked out, we were not asked how our stay was or any other kind of greeting. Would NOT Recommend!

I thought I’d give this place a chance and I’m glad I did. Room was on the small side, but certainly big enough for two - other rooms are much larger. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. The tub was crystal white and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Had a grab bar and small-sized amenities. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. ||The room furnishings are a bit dated and the bed spread had a small stain, but no odors - it was a brown-ish color so couldn’t be bleached; sheets/pillows were fine. I slept very well as it’s very quiet. Desk chair was big and comfy. Both desk and bedside had power and phone charging ports, so easy to work from anywhere in the room.||Wasn’t expecting much for breakfast but they had fruit, make-your-own waffles, HOT sausage and eggs, an assortment of breads and juice. There’s coffee 24/7 in the lobby. ||Front desk was very efficient and when I mentioned I’d be back, his face lit up. ||There are several restaurants within an easy walking distance and a grocery store just across the street. Those, coupled with a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room, would make this a great choice for someone who has to watch their diet or budget.
