The place was okay. Desk staff were friendly and intelligent. Rooms were clean, location was okay and the breakfast was nothing to write home about--but their coffee was good, had make-your-own-waffles, juices and etcetera. If your looking for a reasonable place to stay, this was fine--but I noted that their external doors did not have security lock function and were unlocked all the time. That should be fixed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and towels and linens are all fresh. The breakfast had gravy, biscuits, eggs, sausages and toast and cereals. There is ample parking for big trucks or vehicles towing anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and out. I needed a roll away bed in my room so they offered a room with an extra twin bed and it worked great! I wish there was a pool, but otherwise great service and we will definitely be staying here again.

I think this is the only hotel in Viroqua. We stayed while visiting for legion baseball games. There is no gym, pool, or elevator at this hotel. I was a little surprised at how unsecure the building is. There are multiple doors to come and go from that are just unlocked and require no key card for entry, and windows on the second floor are wide open with no screens. The hotel itself is showing signs of disrepair, but we appreciated a very spacious room, a good night's sleep, friendly staff, and a decent free breakfast.

Positive: Nothing I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. I would not take off my shoes to walk on the carpet or floor in this place. Negative: Absolutely disgusting, mud on the floor in the hallways all three days I was there. Smelled like weed the minute you walked in. Had to ask for pillows to be exchanged as ALL 4 had yellow stains on them. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Easy to find on the hill, right at the entrance to Viroqua. I had a spacious room with a clean bathroom and a view of beautiful green fields. There's a tv, coffee maker, iron with table, and a microwave in the room. Outside the hotel is a terrace to sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast is sumptuous, a waffle maker, warm soup, scrambled eggs and sausages. I especially liked the warm buns. Yoghurt,milk and cereals to your choice. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We were just in town for 2 days to visit family and the service was really good and the breakfast was my favorite part! The rooms were ok and when we needed more stuff like pillows and towels they were very accommodating!

The room we were in is in need of maintenance. The DirecTV box was not connected to the TV after I fixed that we found the remote would not change channels. The drain in the tub was broken. The heater fan made loud noises. The toilet seat was loose and about to come off.
