Nice hotel, but if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to not have a room next to the railroad tracks. Pool area was nice, but no towels out. ||Continental breakfast is available and the food was good. The staff needs to focus on proper setup. Biscuits and gravy lacked biscuits, just crumbs (at 7AM). Waffle maker had no nonstick spray, nor a spatula for removing waffles.

Late check in but service was phenomenal. Clean room, adorable little Dove soap bars. It's wild how loud the train is and how often it comes by but it didn't ruin our trip, it had us laughing at the absurdity. Pool was open late and bar till 2am.

The hotel is great. But I booked a king suite and did not get a suite. It was quite expensive for not getting a suite. I was hoping to switch rooms or at least get some sort of refund, but did not. The hotel itself is very clean and inviting!

I really enjoyed my stay at the AmericInn. Pleasant stay. I was here for work on business. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. Thank you Heather for cleaning my room. Great breakfast, good coffee. Awesome mini bar they have and use your buy one get one free drink card. I did not use the pool, but it looks amazing. Great location to walk to the saw mill and adventures for eating. I recommend staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have stayed here multiple times and it's always been a good experience. Good customer service, nice rooms, and the breakfast selection is great. It's my favorite hotel when I do thus business trip route.

We had no hot water and rented a jacuzzi suite but couldn't even use it. We called to the front desk and they said it was because too many people were taking a shower. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that has run out of hot water. They did give us $30 off our stay but it sucked having to take cold showers and not using the jacuzzi that we paid extra for.

I booked my rooms In April for my daughters wedding in July, booked a suite for the space getting ready. I was told Thursday stay only a double room but could switch Friday - Saturday. I also reserved 2 other rooms for family. On Friday i was told my suite was only for Saturday which was not what i agreed to when booking, why would i want to switch the day of the Wedding!! With that being said i agreed to keep that room and book an additional room then for getting ready purposes with 4 people in our room. When i checked my parents in they were giving their room key but did not go to their room went straight to the wedding. When they returned around 11 pm that evening they went to their room which wasn't ready, beds had been slept in etc. They went to the front desk with the issue and was told there were no clean sheets available or rooms so they put them in the conference room next to the pool and bar with no bathroom but out in the bar area. When i found this out after returning from the wedding i confronted the front desk. They had a room for them and i got their key. On top of this, they were going to charge me for one extra room i did not ask for so there would have still been one available clean room when they put them into the conference room!!! The other room that was booked my girlfriend stayed in but we misplaced the key which i wrote her name and room number on, so we were given another set of keys for her room. In the moring at breakfast we found out that they had given my parents her room and her a different room than what was on her room key. They are very disorganized and very unprofessional to deal with and still have not received a call back from the manager Liz to clear up any charges for an extra room i did not reserve. Our room also smelled of wet damp yuck. The toilet was sweating water all over the bathroom floor. The train is directly behind the hotel also. Would recommend finding another hotel.

very clean rooms, decent price, they have good free breakfast. it's near everything in town. we will stay here again when we come up!
