AmericInn by Wyndham Stonecrest near Atlanta - Hotel in Stonecrest - 7900 Mall Ring Rd, USA

Great great place to stay all because of Chelsea. She literally gave me and my family the best service while staying here. We have been staying in hotels for about 3 weeks and I’m mad we didn’t know about this one sooner. Rooms are huge, clean and beds are comfortable, when I first read the reviews on here I was worried and she even let me see my room before i decided if I wanted to stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel & I just appreciate Chelsea so much.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE. It is nasty. Wall paper peeling off the walls. No lights in the hallway. The protective lock on our door was broken. The room smelled like weed. The bathroom fixtures were rusty. Our vehicle was broken into and the manager could not be bothered with it. The police even told us to not stay in the area.

Staff at desk very friendly and kind. Great quiet outside on our hall. No loud noises. Our bathroom was clean, but the table by our bed was filthy. I had to use the only washcloth in the room to clean it. It turned brown. The wall next to our bed had a filthy substance thrown onto it and dried. Couch and carpet badly and grossly stained. Elevator smelled awful, honestly.

This by far is the worst hotel, and to be affiliated with Wyndham is crazy. Check in the card declined. Even my classmates did too. Rooms are nasty and smell. Carpet is filthy, had to ask for sheets to be changed. There were plenty of us staying at the hotel for my friend's 60th birthday event. One of the worker's came in PJ's and no shoes. This is the Bates motel, not a hotel. Tub is nasty, lucky I had Lysol . The 5 days we were here no ONE and I mean no took our trash out or cleaned our room. This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I believe the rooms are moldy, which triggered my allergies. Don't know why I stayed 5 days(I'm kicking myself for that) but it was my gf wknd so we all made the best of it. Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The hotel needs RENOVATIONS BADLY! WITH A DEEP THOROUGH CLEANING/SANITIZING...The suite that they gave us Smelled like people were just in there smoking cigarettes right before we entered the hotel room, the bed linen had yellow stains and the tub had pieces of soap in it as if someone had just taken a bath. I was Seriously Disgusted..The front desk clerk sent someone to remake bed and reclean the room....I used a bottle of Lysol and had to endure since all hotels in area was booked‼also went to Walmart and purchased my own sheets... If I could give 0 stars, I Would! PLEASE fix your hotel! I Most Definitely Expected A Lot better being that their name is Attached to Wyndham...

Don't stay here. Room was nasty pull the sheet back just to check the bed and it was hair in the bed and sheet was dirty. Shower was wet like someone just left and this was at 9pm not 9am. Then to top off when I asked for a refund the desk agent said no refund since I was there over 30 minutes. I was in the room checking it and glad I did. Will never go again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. If you absolutely have to and it’s only one night then maybe, but even then it was a horrible experience. The front desk area will you have fooled, the actual rooms are old, dirty and outdated. Stains on the carpet, couch and sheets, it was so bad that we did not want to lay our heads on the pillows so we used our clothes to lay on. No vent in the bathroom so the wallpaper was peeling off. A very uncomfortable stay..

At the front desk the person in charge was kind and helpful, excellent service! Room was clean and nice but, there's no toilet paper in bathroom, I didn't call front desk because it was late and I had my own wipes. I'm general it was a quiet and nice stay.
