The desk staff there was exceptionally friendly. The check-in process was simple and the breakfast was decent. The room was clean and everything you would want a hotel to be. There was coffee and hot cocoa available at all times and the pool hours were great. Adults had an additional 2 hours to enjoy the pool with no children. All around good quality would stay again.

As a Major Airline Pilot I travel all over the world and stay in different hotel chains and experience hospitality in different cultures and countries. The experience at your property left very little to be positive about. The staff at check in was polite and did a good job. After that it slowly went down hill but nothing to rattle me as an experienced traveler. We upgraded our room to a suite and paid full price no discounts. The cleanliness of the room was awful. Behind the TV/refrigerator stand were old food, beer bottles, used cups, new cups, crumbs, etc. Under the pull out couch were again food, bottles, toys and general clutter. General cleanliness was ok but not great. My wife was extremely unhappy as we were paying $230 a night for this experience but I explained to her this wasn’t great but the whole place is probably similar. She took pictures and we moved on with our stay informing the management. (Nothing was done about this while we were there) if you go check room 201 I’m sure the garbage is still there. Upon check out time I was stricken the night before with a flu bug and had been up all night in the bathroom. I was planning to stay in the room and get a late checkout to try and get some sleep as I was finally able to stop throwing up. My wife and son were going to go to his game. I was only asking for 1.5 extra hours and my wife would be back to get me. Your management would not approve a late checkout in a suite, with a mostly full hotel over the weekend. No way they had the staff to clean all of those rooms at once. They were just inhospitable and difficult. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a paying customer who was very ill. Totally unacceptable and won’t stay with your property again!

Staff were very friendly upon checking in. Love the fun decor and vibe. Our room was clean. It was quiet. Only thing was that the beds are hard, I'm used to a soft bed so didn't get the best sleep. Other than that- great place and breakfast was great in the morning. I would stay again.

Stayed the night with my entire family. Had the hotel front desk lady harassing me and my children for the pool towels leaving the pool area. She followed us down to our room to get them back from my wet and cold children. She also lectured me about being more prepared when going to a pool. Extremely rude. Then later on my sister in law spotted the same worker outside my hotel room listening outside our door. Never have I felt so harassed by a hotel worker in my life.

Front desk staff larger lady was rude both check in and out. We couldn't take any towels from the pool area for the kids to stay dry. Lady was running down the hall at my daughter in law yelling about the towels. Table and other coffee tables loose, we had to fix ourselves. There was also a broken chair left in the room. The deck area had a missing spindle and screw was showing. Lady from the evening was standing outside daughter in laws room with her eat to the door. We had 4 rooms 1 night and 2 rooms 2 nights so we spent a lot of money there. We will not be returning.

When we checked in, clerk was very sarcastic. Saturday night 2 of us played games in the breakfast area, front desk lady didn't acknowledge us, she sat watching her phone. Hot water was empty. Sunday morning we had breakfast at 9am, no donuts or danishes. Coffee was empty, the counters had not been wiped off. I know help is hard to find but just a little effort from staff would have been nice! What's with the flat sheets tossed over the bedspreads? Rooms look nothing like the pictures.

Stay somewhere else!! Rooms we’re dirty. Sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. Room smelled stale as soon as we walked it, thankfully the windows opened. Front desk staff was nice enough. Didn’t stay for breakfast got out asap. Found a pube in my sheets. Multiple dirty and crusty spots on towels, blankets, and sheets.

Check in took over 20 minutes because the front desk staff couldn’t operate the computer system. Once we finally got our room, we discovered poop in the toilet, rips on the furniture, stains everywhere, and trash on the floor. Manager refused to speak to me or issue a refund. 0/5 would not recommend, unless you enjoy frustration and filth.||On top of all of this, there is a $100 deposit for a stay. I have made attempts to obtain a refund and the hotel is trying to assert that the charge is valid, even though I didn’t even stay there. Buyer beware!
