We had to stay in town for a wedding and this place was pleasant even though you could tell it was older. It was updated to be more modern. I was very very hesitant at first after seeing some of the reviews. Price point was fine given that it was a holiday weekend ($109). Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and decent. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a plus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were even allowed a late check out so that we weren't in out wedding attire for hours before the ceremony started. Thanks for a great stay!

The pool was clean and seemed well maintained. Hot tub was VERY hot! Room was clean and comfortable . Bed was expected for a hotel as far as comfort. Better than most, but not like home. Shower/toilet area was a little small for helping kids get showered, but again, not the worst. Breakfast was very good! Nice selection of options.

Great location for our stay bring in town for a wedding. Our room had 2 queen beds. It was nice and cool when we walked in and felt wonderful since it was very hot outside. We were given a choice of first or second floor. There are 2 vending machines with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was good and always stocked. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins, waffles, coffee and juices. The lady was very good at keeping up with refilling everything. The pool and hot tub was clean but day 2 the hot tub was so hot you couldn’t go in it. There is a sauna but it was out of order both days. The grounds are clean. We didn’t have housekeeping as we were only there for 2 nights. There were a couple items we forgot at home and the person at the reception desk helped us. Thank you so much! I would recommend this hotel if you’re ever in the area.

Rooms clean, great customer service. Took me straight to our room to check the pillows and blankets (feather allergy). Very gracious and made us like we weren’t a hassle at all. Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a baseball tournament. I was happy to see a comfortable well maintained room for my son and I. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The sauna was out of order which my son wanted to use. Other than that everything was up to our expectations. If we are back in Plover we will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several times through the years when visiting family in the area. It is an older property but it is always clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Additionally, we appreciate the variety of breakfast items and the fresh hot coffee which is available all day.

It's not a 5 star hotel but value is all there. Nice big clean rooms at really good price. Pet friendly too.

Descent hotel & breakfast was served every day. The house keepers were consistent in providing extra rags and towels without request. WiFi isn’t that good but manageable
