I stayed here for a few weeks and I have to stay I had completely different experience. When arriving the man at the front desk was trying to help me with a mess up with my reservation and was very patient, the rest of the staff in general were awesome! The room I stayed in was not bad at all and very spacious and really I had no complaints. They are going through renovations but to me it really didn’t bother me or my family(two young children). The only down side is the breakfast it wasn’t the greatest but honestly I have been quite a bit of places where they said the server breakfast and only served coffee. Overall it was a pretty good experience

pool? closed. workout room? closed. hotel breakfast coffee machine? you guessed it, doesn't work. what they don't tell you until you check in is that the place is fully under construction and there's tools laying everywhere. also I saw someone pee in the elevator. the staff is nice, the woman at least seems like she's trying but I could've had a better experience sleeping under a bridge. also their customer care line is a robot so there's nothing to do to remedy any of this. I've slept in crack houses that were maintained better.

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend. The room had FLEAS!!! I was sitting at the table (near the sliding door that goes out to the balcony) and suddenly my ankles started itching bad. I look at them and they're COVERED in little biting black bugs!!! My fluffy slippers are covered in them. I immediately run all the way to the front desk and show them my slippers and showed them a flea that was now crawling on my arm. They confirmed it was fleas and took my slippers to throw away (that was upsetting because those were my favorite slippers). No apology offered, no refund offered... nothing. Said they would be having the maintenance man spray the room immediately. I then asked them to refund me for that night and requested to move to another room... which they denied and told me that they didn't want to spread the fleas!!! SO I was forces to stay in a freaking FLEA INFESTED ROOM!!! I demanded I receive some sort of refund, which they begrudgingly gave me only a small discount and that was it! They never discounted the remaining two nights I was there in that disgusting room! I continued to receive flea bites non-stop for the remainder of my stay. I even made them spray the room again a day later after the first time! I will be looking in to legal action concerning this. DO NOT STAY AT THIS JOKE OF A "HOTEL"!!!

The hotel was generally ok, but was under some remodeling when we visited. We had to "fix" the light panels over our doorway as wires were hanging down. There were no soaps in the room. Otherwise, the room was in decent shape. When it is done, the property should be good. In the moment, you have to take that under advisement. The location is easy to spot, but a little tricky to get to.

Rooms are old and musty. Hotel has a lot of renovations in progress, noisy and messy, never was mentioned when we booked. Our AC unit had no temperature control, we had to either plug it in or unplug it for comfort. I asked the staff the second day to address the issue and no one ever came. Not once in the 4 nights we were there did anyone take the trash, make up the bed or leave fresh towels. They never came in. Was not a hot breakfast as advertised. Toast, bagels and cereal. The pool was indefinitely closed and I could not get any of the exercise equipment to work. For the amount of money we paid to stay there, well below average. We do not recommend this hotel.

Positive: Location was decent but nothing else, extremely disappointing. Negative: Hotel has a lot of renovations in progress. Our AC unit had no temperature control, we had to either plug it in or unplug it for comfort. Not once in the 4 nights we were there did anyone take the trash, make up the bed or leave fresh towels.

pretty nasty and overpriced hotel. the staff was nice, but very busy during the afternoon, and the room itself was unpleasant. total was $125 for two small beds, one night. when my friend and I first entered our room, there was already garbage in the trash bin (not to mention there being only one trash bin in the first place). carpet had sticky spots around the beds and the A/C unit was loud. on three separate occasions it started to make a very loud rumbling noise that woke us up by surprise. we took a video to show the staff before checking out, but they were too busy to pay attention to the concern; otherwise, they were nice, just in a hurry it seemed. there were hairs in the shower, both straight and curly hairs, and the shower curtain wouldn’t stretch to both sides leaving the outside corners all wet. the beds were also kind of gross; looked almost as if the sheets and pillows were not cleaned and changed, just tucked in to make it look fresh. the whole place smelled weirdly moist and damp, if that makes sense. there was also a lot of construction going on around the place. pool was closed and breakfast has a relatively short timeframe. the juice machine was only offering lukewarm water and the lobby coffee machine didn’t work (only poured hot water). there were not any packets or anything for tea/coffee inside the hotel room despite having a basket for it, but you could grab them in the lobby. overall, it was not a great experience and I found it to be kind of expensive for the quality it provided

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, the parking lot was empty, except for 2 big white vans, 2 men were in one them, they stared with ogle and did not keep their eyes off me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The individuals at the front desk stared and did not greet me, when I went outside, they came outside and watched me unpack. The hotel is unpleasant, dirty, and partially renovated. The pool was green, no trash can, phone was not working, some of the outlets were broken, no toilet paper. Do not book here. THIS PLACE IS ERIE. Do not stay here.
