Right off the interstate, you'll find this value priced gem. Our king bedroom was enormous with a jacuzzi. Nice and clean. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. Breakfast was the same hot breakfast as others: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cold cereals, selection of breads for toast, etc. Would stay again with more time to use said jacuzzi.

For the price range, we were very happy with this stay. Room was clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (hot sausage and biscuit gravy, etc), and really kind service. Shout out to the front desk worker (April? she was wearing a scoobydoo shirt); she gave us great service. We would recommend this place if you are staying in Mitchell.

This AmericInn exceeded my expectations. We stopped here on our journey across the country and the pool and hot tub were clean and towels were fully stocked. Pool is open until 10 PM and until 12 AM for adults (which was great as we checked in later and we booked here because of the pool and hot tub!). Rooms are a little outdated, but still clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if stopping by for the Corn Palace which is only a 7 minute drive away.

Currently on the last end of a 4,000+ mile trip. Staff was able to give us the last 2 rooms they had for the night and we really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff was great. Complementary breakfast included eggs and sausage for our diabetic folk and pancakes for the young at heart. Would totally stay again! Thank you!

Breakfast was great but there was no hot sauce for scrambled eggs and room was great except in the bathroom someone had used the toilet and did not flush. Also, light from the microwave clock was annoying. Overall my stay was good.

Not happy with the bathroom. There was mold. Shower curtain also had mold. Towels felt like sandpaper and were falling apart. Also it took several attempts at getting the hair dryer to work. The experience made me wonder how clean the rest of the bedroom was.

The place needs updating. In its entirety, it is showing its age. I wonder if they aren't doing any major renovation to not be forced to add an elevator. As it currently is, there are only two staircases to the second floor. Anyone with a mobility issue will either have difficulty between floors, or the second floor is completely inaccessible for wheelchairs and walkers. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Room was comfortable but the cleaning staff need to actually clean the in room hot tubs. Orange mold around all jets and under downspout. My huz makes fun of me for packing cleaning supplies but know he knows why! ||Please use bleach to sanitize!
