The front desk was very attentive, the hotel was clean and quiet. They recently rebranded from Best Western to a Wyndham hotel, so some signs still need updating. No complaints! We really appreciated the room upgrade!
I called the hotel 3 months in advance and was promised we would have rooms next to family as we were coming as a group. When we arrived they said they couldnt do it They put us on another floor right next to the elevator. I went down and spoke with the lady at the front desk and she sait they had a funeral and they couldnt help me. Very disappoinged! Had to ask for towels on 3 different occasions. They didnt deliver the second time and we were gone all day. Didnt tidy up the room. I would not recommend the place!
Positive: The best thing was the managerr. The check in was horrible, staff were very rude. Negative: The room was very old and outdated. The rugs were dirty, the beds were very soft. The pillows were no better The bathroom had no slip mats , tile was slippery, no grab bar to get out of the shower. Overall this hotel is rundown , could use a makeover. Negative: ""
The rooms were good. Staff was amazing. Super friendly and went out of their way with little things like noticing the kids eating breakfast and putting cartoons on for them. Also a very affordable option to park and fly. There is not a shuttle but can get a reasonable 8 dollar Uber to the airport.
We had a very good experience, breakfast was a bit ... lacking...wanted sausage and didn't get any both days even though I was up early for it.. biscuits and gravy was ok...first day better... Everything went very fast as well as the coffee.. Other than that very good place to stay.. Will come again!!
The manager, Rock, upgraded us to a King room on the third floor. The rooms have been renovated and were very nice. The towels were nice and fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. ||Nice breakfast selection. ||A very nice stay! We look forward to returning.

Building is wore out. Elevator broke the day we checked in and was not repaired during our 3 day stay. Toilet was not secured to the floor. It rocked every time we sat down. No housekeeping services were done or offered. Only way we got fresh towels was by calling the desk.
