Excellent hotel and service. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable and staff service outstanding. Due to coming during the threshers event room prices were extremely high. The breakfast included fresh eggs and sausage a good step above other hotel chains. Great indoor pool and workout area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a list of local dining options and making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I loved the option to check in early and check out late (for a fee). Room was clean and bright with plenty of hot water and towels. No problem using wifi.

We booked the room last minute, took our dog with us to the hotel the pets are $25 extra at check in.|| The room was very nice and clean, the pool area was clean. We didn't eat the breakfast because we weren't up in time.||The check in and out process was simple and the front desk lady was super friendly. We were there for atv Nationals race and this was our 2nd time staying here and if we come back here next year for a race we will be staying here again. The location is only bit of a down fall if you can even call it that because it's a little bit out of town and not in the middle of town like the other hotel but it's quite here unlike the other hotel.

The room was very clean, and the night staff were friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast. And the hot tub and pool area was very clean. This was our 4th or 5th time staying here and have no complaints yet. I'm sure we'll be back to stay again soon.

We had made plans with friends to and donate our time in witnessing to an area that doesn't have a kingdom Hall. So my husband made reservations. And was a day short. Thought no problem we can add a day when we show up. It was ok that the price would be higher than before. Then the day we added we came back to our room our key did not work. We had a note on our door saying we didn't check out and needed to go to the front desk. The lady was not happy, said she couldn't find our room, and if we wanted to stay we needed to pay for it again. Then another person came and fixed their mistake. So of course when we checked out that first lady had to check us out. She did apologized when we left.

This is clean facility with a friendly staff that is obviously well maintained. We thought that this a great option for our stay in Fairfield. Also the rooms are large and are perfect for families with children. We would recommend AmericInn for anyone considering a visit to Fairfield.

I recently spent a couple days at this hotel. I was totally impressed with the condition of this hotel for being 12 years old. The front entrance and rooms were very nice. Secondly, I was very very impressed with the cleanliness and organization within this hotel. A huge thank you to Autumn,Phillip and Carol. It was also amazing how the front desk and housekeepers work together. This type of environment isn’t seen much anymore. I’ll definitely be back and strongly urge people to visit this hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, with the friendliest staff. 10/10 recommend. The rooms are clean, and the lobby is very welcoming.
