I booked 2 King rooms through a third party for a one night stay. I paid at the hotel with my debit card for both rooms. One room was for my daughter and the other for my boyfriend and myself. There’s no spa, which was a disappointment since photos show one and website advised it as an amenity. The ice machine didn’t work and was not labeled as out of order. Shortly before we were ready to check out I saw a cockroach crawling across the desk, even with the desk lamp switched on. At check out the clerk let me know the printers were not working so they could email it to me. I wrote down my email address with both room numbers. I went to have a medical procedure done at the University Hospital. As I was recovering my phone rang, my daughter answered. It was the hotel manager who asked to speak to me. My daughter identified herself and asked if she could help since I was having a procedure done at the hospital. This woman accused my daughter of having an attitude with her & said since I booked through a third party she isn’t obligated to provide a receipt. When my daughter responded to ask for her manager she said she’s the manager and we’re not welcome at her property again. My daughter informed her that her property has a cockroach problem and she will be notifying the health department and requested her name and her district manager contact information. The manager told her good luck with that and hung up. She refused to answer other calls from my phone number. My daughter has called corporate and filed a complaint with the State Department of Inspections and Appeals. I regret that I didn’t take a photo of the boarded up spa or the cockroach.

Disgusting room. Broken keypad entry on my room and nonfunctional phone. TV went out several times. Took pics and showed front desk. Told my room would be cleaned but not only was it very inadequately done but several shirts and phone charger suddenly went missing after housekeeping came in and very pathetically "cleaned" the room. This was all reported to the front desk. Pics of proof of things provided and nothing was done. I will never go back here.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This hotel was terrible. First, the room I stayed in (room 207) had cockroaches, both adult and baby ones, in the room and the hallway. When I requested to be moved to a different room, the hotel staff seemed incredulous and needed to see the bugs for themselves. I had to escort them to the room and inspect the new room with them before we were allowed to move. Others in our group found cockroaches in their bedding. Additionally, the hotel staff serving breakfast on our first morning was openly complaining about guests not cleaning up after themselves. Our group was also falsely accused of ding-dong ditching at 3:30 am, even though we had to be up and on the road by 6 am. Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. Here's hoping none of us brought any cockroaches home with us.

We were booked this hotel for a team hotel as we had state this weekend and let me tell you this hotel needs to be shut down. When we got into our room it was hot and smelly. I don't know if the musty smell or smell of marijuana was worse. (The fix to this was to walk down the hallways and spray air freshener.) When clearing our room for any defects as our child was in a rush to get to the pool we found a big yellow stain on our comforter which was placed on the bed upside down in what I believe was an attempt to hide it, we found 3 small dried blood spots on our sons pillow case which we discarded both on the floor. During further inspection we noticed that the sink plunger was not working and the sink was draining slow due to the plunger being stuck down. When attempting to put our clothes away we noticed dead bugs in the corners of the drawers and there was left over garbage in the drawers. On top of these issues, we found more dried blood spots on our sheets which after doing research appear to be from a current or past bed bug infection. We turned on the AC to 65 and when I woke up the next morning the unit was still running but the room was even hotter than when it was turned on and I was not able to breath due to how musty and hot the room was. Others in our group found mold growing on their shower walls, food smeared on the corners of their room walls, and we had one room that had 2 live cockroaches by the microwave area. When one of our parents (who wasn't in the first room with cockroaches) got home and were emptying their luggage they noticed they brought home a cockroach with them. The staff when brought the issues of the cockroaches which were found at night were standoffish and blaming the residents of the room until evidence was brought to them that there were cockroaches. The night shift workers stated that the manager was sick and there was no one they could talk to. The older lady who worked in the morning was just as rude as she had an attitude as soon as our group brought to their attention that we were leaving and wanted someone to speak with. If you stay here (which I highly advise against) triple check everything to make sure it works and is clean. I am keeping an eye out as the rest of us are for any bed bug / cockroach infestations that we could have brought home. I can say that this is the worst Americinn that I have stayed at. From our coach, the manager who they finally were able to get ahold of appeared to be understanding and only didn't charge us for cancelling day of.

The walls and tables in the room had not been wiped down in awhile. The pillows were disgusting. Yellow, deformed balls. There were bugs in the bathroom. The hot tub is boarded up and not in use. There was practically nothing left at breakfast when we went at 7:45

(Read till end) honestly i did not have a terrible visit. i stopped here with a friend driving cross country. the staff at the desk were super kind. i’m writing this review because when we left in the morning i began noticing insect bites all over my body and ended up having a pretty bad allergic reaction. which resulted in two separate doctors visits and more money than the hotel cost itself. all the doctors believe it had to be something at the hotel. if you choose to stay here please just be diligent and check your sheets!

We stayed here 1 night, and never again. The ice machine was out of order, the hot tub was boarded up, their printers were down so they could not provide a receipt. We also found a roach in our room. The manager called my mom's phone bc she had asked for a receipt and accused me of having an attitude when I told her my mom was in the hospital having a procedure and I asked what I could help her with. She then proceeded to argue with me before hanging up. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. 10/10 would not recommend this place.

Checked in @ 4pm. 1st room was not cleaned at all. 2nd room had prominent musty smell with large dark black spot on curtain - appeared to be mold. Reported to desk & was told that a housekeeper would be sent up to check curtain. No one came to the room my entire stay. Problems securing the door to my room. Returned at 4pm 2nd day to find my bed had not been made up, smell remained as did the moldy curtain. I did not stay the 2nd nite. Was not asked about my stay when I checked out before scheduled.
