Positive: Nothing. Very old hotel, needs updating very badly! Negative: Took forever to get a room that a key would work. Tv , hair dryer, phone in the room, didn't work. No NOT water in the bathroom sink. Very out dated hotel. Understaffed, charged twice for the same reservation. Let's to much lower class people stay there. Negative: ""

RUN! This place is horrible. We booked it through expedia. In town for a weekend wedding. Our first room, the key never worked and the lady on staff kept saying she reached out to maintance.the bedding looked dingy and unclean. Lady didn't even offer another room. When the shift changed the new lady on duty gave us another room we had same issue with the key not working and ran into maintenance guy and he gave us another card. Rooms and building are old and dingy, even the name on hotel outside was missing. Never never use this place or recommend it to anyone. We had no other hotel options. The ice machine worked but I only used it to cover the drinks in my cooler. When I say run. Please avoid this dump🤬❤

The pillows were dirty and smelly The room was very filthy. The doors were broke. I stayed there two days with no key to my room. The hotel had roaches the hotel had bedbugs. I took picture of everything inside of the room. The bathtub was nasty.

First, the only reason I didnt give 1 star rating is because of the desk gal. We booked this through Expedia in our way to Tunica for an impromptu mini-vacation. Upon check-in, the key to open the door didnt work. We were on the 2nd floor. She walked back with us, and brought the master key after stating the person who was supposed to fix this known issue didnt show up today, but was supposed to the following day. It was clear to the entire lobby what room we had. After a failed attempt with the Master key as well, she assigned us a different room. We got to cuttin up with her and she miswrote the new room number in the paper, and we asked if she meant 249, not 149, again there are about 3 other people in the Lobby nearby and clearly eavesdropping. Its Tunica, if you know, you know - we were there to do "Tunica" things. Anyways, we venture back upstairs for the 3rd time, only for the key to NOT work again.. she did indeed accidentally give us 149. Reassigned correctly for the 4th time we finally gain entry to the room. My wife used the restroom before we began our adventure. She quickly grabbed me and asked if the bug she was looking at was a roach.. it was indeed a german roach, then she found another not 3ft away. Multiple hours later. One of the men in the lobby spotted us, not only asked us for money, but said the cops brought him to that spot as he was "kicked out" of the hotel due to an altercation with another male. We did NOT even stay the night... we drove home instead.. Also, the air-conditioner didn't even work. We wrote an Expedia review that's identical to the above, but limited the characters available.. I wanted to add a few extra details. The man who approached us, first asked my husband for a cigarette on our way out the door to have a fun night after the room was situated. After finding us, he told us this story about how he "was just showing this guys girlfriend a video of all his food in his room", and then the guy hit him... Ive been around a few times in my life and can tell you thats not the truth. The man proceeded to show us the same video, and it wasn't the most appropriate video. The guy had it coming, and his behavior was unacceptable. After my husband kind of shrugging off the situation we thought the guy was going to leave us alone. We were at a machine in the middle of a bonus.... take a hint my guy.. He then walked around behind us, I kept my eye on him, I swapped sides cuz I would have hit him next if he so much as breathed my way he gave some SERIOUS creepy vibes. (LADIES, stay vigilant, especially while under the influence) He then told us he had some crypto, and asked if "he could HOLD 5-$10". We chose to not stay in the hotel that night, and instead made the nearly 3hr drive back home after pulling an all nighter. We WONT be staying here, even if they paid us. I don't dare ask for a refund, we didn't even sit on the bed.

Positive: Cheap rate Negative: No breakfast as they promised. No tv service at all. The room could be better cleaned

Un endroit TRÈS sale, à fuir !!! 80$ la nuit c'est du vol ! Il y avait des cafards dans le lobby ou l'on prenait le déjeuner (mdr, une tasse de café dégueulasse, et des céréales cheap), DES P****** DE CAFARDS. Et en plus ces arnaqueurs ne remboursent pas !!! Vous vous rendez compte du culot ?! Ce motel devrait être fermé !!! Nous sommes allés au Key West Inn à quelques miles au sud, et pour le même prix, nous avons eu le calme, la propreté, et l'amabilité du personnel.

Goodness. I walked in the front door to absolute filth. There is no more I can say...after starting the check in process, and looking around and seeing some of the sketchy patrons of this establishment...and left. I hoped they wouldn't charge me but at that point..didn't care.

I booked online June 2023 according to site photos an accommodations. The Hotel room wasn’t clean upon arrival we were Supposed to have a double Queen a was told none available a got a King bed. We didn’t an couldn’t stay duevto the bugs in the room an upon arrival had to wait while the clerk went an cleaned The room A bathroom that was still nasty. We didn’t stay in the room we left! an when checking out was trying to get us to pay another $130.00 due to conflict of room information on behalf of the staff. I’m waiting on my refund! I will reporting this location to the BBB! This location is dirty and shouldn’t lie on the website about pool completely closed! rooms etc!!!! Rooms boarded up! Broken windows a bars on some rooms. The pictures aren’t what this place looks like! Drug addicted and homeless people live here. I will Never return Don’t book here ever! This company commented and lied also!! Never was contacted and didn’t care to refund customer!!! Hopefully BBB investigate to the full extent and close this location indefinitely!
