The check-in office closes at midnight so if you arrive any later you are screwed. Their cable is vintage yet the TV is modern. The room was clean and comfortable and the location offers a lot of nearby restaurants even a Denny's that is conspicuously located a footstep away.

Was driving from the central valley and needed a place to rest for the night, with my mom. I was praying for a location off the freeway where we could get food and a good night's sleep. I noticed a Dennys from the 101fwy. I exited and followed the signs. We needed a break. While we were enjoying a meal at Dennys, I noticed a hotel just across the parking lot. Looks like my prayers were answered. The staff at America's Best Inn are very helpful and understanding. I needed a downstairs room because my mom isn't able to climb stairs. My mother and I had a very restful sleep. As we woke up in the morning we were ready for the travels of the day. Truly grateful for the accommodations.🙏🏻

Opted for a cheaper, unrenovated room, and sorry we did. The shower took FOREVER to get hot water with a complicated tap set. Pillows were thin, cheap, uncomfortable pillows. Price was $110/ night when online was $70, but there was only a smoking room available online with no room to upgrade to a non-smoking room. The lady behind the front desk was super nice and gave some good local food options but apparently don't get tacos around here so I'm told if you know good tacos but that's not a reflection on the hotel, just some sound advice I heard.

so this place is under remodel soon. the staff are very friendly. they serve coffee the lobby is nice. the price is good for what you get. make sure to ask for non smoking rooms. they are accommodating and friendly.. the housekeepers do there best for what they have . thank you to the housekeepers. it's just an older run down motel that owner said they will be remodeling soon. I'm sure it will get better. I appreciate the managers efforts in making accommodations.

I’m giving 5 stars for service for one reason. There’s a guy named Joel that works there in maintenance. I checked in my tv was messed (this is like 8 at night). He showed up and literally did not quit until the issue was fixed. So to Americas Best Value Inn. Please recognize someone that should be the actual maintenance manager. Also the notations that have been and are being done look fantastic. I’m sure I’ll be back even if it’s only to say hi to Joel.

Positive: Very friendly staff that were willing to accommodate my requests. The beds are comfortable and it is nice and quiet day and night. The location is great with plenty of stores to shop and restaurants within walking distance. The room rates are great. Negative: Only dislike was that I didn't find out about this hotel sooner which would have led to me saving money. Negative: ""

This is not the Ritz but it's decent and the staff is cool and accommodating. Rooms are clean the wifi works and is free. The AC/heater is a beast.
