Americas Best Value Inn Texarkana - Hotel in Texarkana - 4200 N State Line Ave, USA

My mother and I stayed here for a single night even though we reserved for about a week. I would advise anyone looking into this hotel to find somewhere else to stay. While the location wasn't much to write home about, the rooms and staff made the place seem very sketchy to the point I felt uncomfortable sleeping there. The door did not have anything posted on it, not even a fire escape route at least. The door to our room would not seal properly to keep the Texas heat out and the beds were not properly placed. We had 2 Queen beds reserved and when we arrived to the room, one of the Queen matresses looked like it was sat on top of a Twin base while the other looked like a Full base, making the matresses tilt if you sat on them wrong. The matresses were also extremely firm and not comfortable to sleep on. While this place was not very good, even for the price paid, I can still appreciate that it was somewhere to sleep for the night. However I would advise anyone looking at this place to look somewhere else.

Terrible, he deserves a zero grade. From the moment I saw the parking lot with only four cars it gave me a very bad appearance, entering the room, there was a dead cockroach, and on the edge of the TV another 3, in addition to a horrible smell of tobacco, food and stains on an armchair. I carried a cooler, to which more cockroaches were climbed and those were alive, to which I hurriedly left, but when I lifted my little cousin out of bed and he had another cockroach in his hand, when I came back for some suits that I forgot and I remember leaving them there, when I came back, they said that There was nothing, I claimed and nothing, obviously they had been stolen from me, terrible motel

This was our first time to stay at this place. BIG mistake. I should have known there was a problem when they gave me a recipient for my wife and someone else. The room itself smells, toilet seat was very loose, shower water was almost warm. This place is a dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!@

Very rude!!! was told not to talk by the “Manager”. My wife was in tears and I was trying to give these idiots information when he told me not to talk. From the looks of their empty parking lot on a holiday weekend I thought they would find it in their best interest to get a customer. No compassion or empathy towards their customers. They need to be run out of business by having a lack of business.

Positive: There is nothing good to say about this terrible place Negative: I had booked with breakfast and arrived there at 10 pm. The employee said there was no breakfast but I would have to pay the same price. What a cheek!There is no pool, no breakfast, no WiFi as in the offer. Big towel for shower 10$ extra fee. No way!

This place is HORRIBLE. I had a roach go into my ear while I was asleep. I ran to the mirror and it came out and then I immediately killed. I felt my skin crawling and felt traumatized. I washed my ear with soap the best I could then I just left and paid extra money for the Baymont down the street. Do not go to this motel, and the guy behind the desk is rude. Just pass this place up and go somewhere else. Trust me
