If I could rate a place -5 stars I would. First off, the place in person, the rooms and everything looks nothing like the photos online. We got to our room and it was very dirty and smelt like smoke (even though there is a no smoking policy. The guy also tried arguing saying there were some rooms that allowed smoking?!). We went downstairs and went to the front desk to ask for our refund since the room was not what they said it was online. The front desk worker AND the manager both refused to cooperate. The manager refused to talk to us and they both lied MULTIPLE times. They both refused to give us our refund. After about an hour of pushing for our refund they decided to only give us 50%?! 0/10 experience; definitely do not recommend.

The room was musty when we walked in but quickly aired out. The TV lacked any real channels. The towels were small other than the floor towels. Out of the two bath towels I got one had a questionable stain that made me not want to use it.

Genuinely a foul place to stay. Hair in the bed, stains all over the sheets, gross moldy cigarette smell. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR TWO NIGHTS… ??? and the front office lady didn’t want to give a refund, but that wasn’t surprising. I’m sure they get complaints from every poor guest that has to stay there. This place should be reported to the board of health and then promptly burned to the ground.

We visited this location from July 13-16, 2023 and I have never stayed somewhere so dismal. The pictures online and on their website are extremely outdated and do not even begin the reflect the quality of the spaces. We reserved a one queen bedroom and the room was smaller than we’d expected, the bathroom even worse. There was enough room for a tiny coffee table, the queen bed and two side tables (which held a microwave and the only lamp in the room). The first thing we noticed was the moisture and the smell in the room. It definitely needed to be aired out. In the bathroom, the toilet was so close to the wall you had to sit on it at an angle or else you’d knock your knees! The shower was also very, very small. Like..turn the water off to wash your body and turn it back on to rinse off SMALL. Overall, not a great experience in this ‘hotel’ and we are glad we only had to utilize it to sleep. Would recommend updating photos online and being more upfront with the sizing/amenities of this establishment.

Worst hotel...first went to get a room price online says 57$? Well they told us it's over 100$ ( because they said it wasn't a weekday) so weekend passes we go to pay.for a room for a few more days that's when they tried telling me that the room is 115$;a nite I tried telling the guy that their website says differently....of course thats when I speak no englase come out

My husband and I selected this hotel based on price. It is a simple basic needs hotel. We found it to be clean and adequate for the night. The bathroom was brand new and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. It isn’t plush, but if you are looking for a bed and shower that is clean, and not far from the beach, this is the place! Definitely beats $200-$300+ over priced rooms simply for location.

Positive: Located on a quiet road. My room in the back had a lovely view on a cove¿peaceful. I was able to open my windows to feel a breeze and fell asleep listening to birds and crickets. The hotel appeared to be sold out but I wasn¿t disturbed by any noise. Negative: Hotel hasn¿t been upgraded as far as furniture, carpeting, and decor in decades. The shower stall was very cramped. I¿m a small person and I could barely turn around. Bedding and towels were clean but general room cleanliness was an issue. Negative: ""

The guy at the desk barley spoke any English, we got placed in the wrong room then had to move to another room in which we paid extra for but it wasn’t in the best shape. We sucked it up and unfortunately had to stay here two nights. The bathroom was super small with no counter space. Also whatever green giant was staying above us must of had boulders for feet because every time they moved we could hear it vividly.. our bed was super noisy no matter what,you sit down and it made thunder noises. I leave a positive two stars for the bed and the ac unit that was the only two things we could enjoy during our stay. (Room 117) The parking lot was also pretty well lit which is nice. The man working that didn’t know English was nice but kept having to call his boss which they should be on site more often and actually take care of the people who stay here because without us they wouldn’t have anything going! I cannot speak for the rest of the rooms because it does seem like some have been updated but the non updated parts need to be shut down and remodeled before allowing any other guests to stay.
