Americas Best Value Inn Stephenville - Hotel in Stephenville - 1625 W South Loop, USA

During check in young lady was very nice, room stinks, it was 100 degrees outside @ 8 pm check in I had to sit outside for an hour for the room to cool off enough to enter it was at least 20 degrees hotter inside and midnight before the bed itself cooled down enough to lay on. The television service is the worst ever, the a/c was noisy kept waking me up with squealing noises very rude staff overall a horrible experience.

- Cons -A.C. was not working probably clogged and dirty filter. Wouldn't be so bad in cooler weather but currently it's mid 70s overnight and lower 90s at daytime. -Low shower pressure -They have a pool but pool has no water. + Pro -Rooms were clean -Location not too crowded easily accessible -24 hour diner is literally at the edge of the hotels parking lot. Has all the basic amenities -coffee maker -microwave -mini fridge If your in a bind and need a room this will do but there are lots of other options.

0 stars was a mirage on advertisement, totally shocking to see the room filthy looked like no one had a womans touch, no detail cleaning, the tub was horrific wore my shoes in there was threatened no deposit back if you dont stay . I had to clean the place myself with my cleaning products, the pool wasnt even available look like it hasn't been available for years. The wall had a plaster on it like it had to be continued work on it. This place was an illusion on the web site. Dont go there 💵💲pit

There was no mention of a $100 deposit Lynn. After check out, it takes 1 to 5 business days to get your deposit back. They say that's bank policy, but it's not it's their policy. So add a $100 to your room price at least for a few days..
