Americas Best Value Inn St. Robert - Hotel in St Robert - 110 Carmel Valley Way, USA

This was mine and my wife's 10th anniversary vacation and we booked a room, on Priceline which was our first mistake, somehow ended up as a 2 queen bed room instead of a King bed room. The girl at the front desk said that she could not change our room because it was booked through a third party... The room was dirty, stains on the carpet and in the chair. The beds squeaked every time you move!! I will never use Priceline again and I will definitely not be staying at an Americas Worst Value Inn again!!!

Better bring a *CASH ONLY* deposit. Which they failed to mention at reservation. Also failed to read my notes about traveling with a service dog. Check in was a disaster, hopefully the amenities make up for it...TBD.

Loved it, Very good hotel. Awesome staff. Was very clean no bugs of any kind. (No roaches or bed bugs seen)

Room was clean, plenty of space, bed was ok. Breakfast probably shouldn't be a selling point. But, plenty of offerings nearby. Not really quiet due to proximity of highway.

If for some reason you need to stay in this town and want a good deal and nice rooms, this is your place. I docked it 1 star because the breakfast doesn't really exist, unless you count (cold) coffee, bread, yoghurt and cereal boxes as breakfast. Fortunately, Cracker barrel is within a short, walking distance.

Stopped here passing through on a long drive. Spacious and comfortable room, especially for the price, and the front desk worker was very kind. I never write reviews, but this is the least I could do. 2 hours after I left the hotel, I realized I somehow left my wallet in the room (stupid, I know). I called the hotel, and they were able to have someone get it shipped to my final destination overnight so I could reach there on time and take care of my obligations instead of driving an extra 4 hours total. It was amazing of them, and id recommend this as a stop for anyone

I have to be honest the room was a bit dirty for me, but not to the point I wouldn't stay, in fact we were happy to find it after leaving a different hotel in the area bc it was gross. The workers were all extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is super basic but edible. Like cereal, toast, and yogurt. Nothing else but drinks. It was fairly quiet in our room, lots of hot water for shower, and heat/ac working, no smells, and room was wheelchair accessible. Restaurants in close walking distance were convenient. Id stay again, just wish they'd step up the maintenance and cleaning. Like everyone, I'm sure they are short staffed so not making a big deal of it.

Wonderful hotel for the price! Very clean with only a few signs of age (holes in the wall, worn chair). If you are looking for a breakfast, don't count on it here. You can have toast, cereal, yogurt and muffins, but nothing substantial. Lots of choices around you within walking distance.
