The rooms are OK the only problem I had was the lights in the bathroom didn't work when I came in but they came to replace the bulb, and the room doesn't have covers only the white sheets and the blankets they give are like a thin brown blanket so you might want to bring your own comforter. Over all it's in a good location with restaurants and stores right there. Plus they are 1 of the few places that accept the Fema rooms, but it's a pretty good room for a budget room.

Had an issue with the A/C last night, and the owner himself came to fix it the following morning. Great customer service, and this hotel is one of a very few in Houston faithfully assisting with FEMA claims after Hurricane Beryl. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs a place to stay for the night or even weeks.

The price on Google says $70 we paid about $130. They did not tell us it was a smokers room. There were stains on the towels and bed. When we tried to go return the key as we decided not to stay there they did not want to open the door and kept pointing to their sign that said no vacancy and my husband was showing them the key and they opened it and took it and said okay that's it and walked off and did not ask why we were immediately checking out. They were so rude we didn't even try to explain we just left.

I had a fantastic stay at America's Best Value Inn Motel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I don't recommended this hotel for anybody I caught maintenance man spying on family and I through the vent in the restroom I talked to the general manager about it and he denied everything so I called the cops and when the cops showed up I told them what happened and then when they had a talk with the general manager they came back to me and said that the maintenance man we're just doing some work up there if I didn't feel safe for me to go somewhere else they didn't even file police report or nothing they just left like that .. the officers did not look deeper into the situation ... I was there with my wife my daughter and my two sons... We were prayed on by this people don't let this happen to you and your family . The only reason why I put one star is because if I wouldn't put no stars it would not allow me to post this

Horrible, it smells loud of a cigarette. There are bedbugs in the room. The towels are dirty. There is even sperm in one of my blankets.

Sandy is awesome. Clean rooms. Quiet. Great location to freeway, food and shopping. Will be back.
