Giving this place such a low rating because of false advertising. I selected a room here because the price was comparable to nearby airbnbs and because they advertised a complimentary breakfast. I'm only in town for two days so I didn't need much. But breakfast was a perk as I am in meetings the rest of the time. Upon arrival the guy behind the desk said there was no breakfast. Disappointed, I asked for a discount for the false advertising. He blamed it on some third party source they use to for booking rooms, that they had been trying to get it changed. My guess is that they have been advertising this falsely for some time. I do not think it was something that recently arose as a problem. That's a guess, but given the nature of the hotel I think it's correct. Stay somewhere else if you can.

This chain offers good quality rooms and the prices are competitive, the location is ideal because it is close to the 210 freeway. It has plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet

We needed a room last minute and it was a reasonable price so we booked the room.. it was clean and liquor stores and markets are just around the corner ... 100 deposit fyi

The housekeeping, clerk, and maintenance person are all good-natured, helpful, and respectful people. The property is clean and functional.

We checked in our room and found a large roach dead on the floor, after I went and got the manager, he said that they spray regularly. The entrance door had a large gap on the bottom, no weather strip. The shower water didn't get hot. Every time I had to go to the office there wasn't no one in the office. The employees need to learn how to talk to customers. Very Disappointed with the Hotel.

This was perhaps the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower curtain was black with mold. The "white" curtains on the windows were grey with grime. The carpet was so dirty that when you shower dark black water flows from your feet from all the dirt they picked up from the carpet. The bed covers were stained. And worst of all was the pervasive smell theoughout the room of the insecticide in the roach trap in the bathroom. Upon entering the room we noticed the smell and thought it would get better, but as there is no air circulation, the smell only got worse. I can only imagine the roach killing chemicals we were breathing all night. A previous guest had stolen the TV remote and the smoke alarm dangled from the ceilings as it had been dislodged from its housing. To be fair it did appear to still work. While this place was cheap, it doesn't have to be filthy. Clearly hygiene is an afterthought for the owners of this place who clearly are just out to make an easy profit off their guests, no matter what. This place should be avoided at all costs. Book somewhere else. Although Hotwire said this place is a 7/10 it is definitely a 0! Don't believe the ratings on the websites. They are clearly not always honest and accurate.

Positive: Place looked dirty . Hotel room was over 90 degrees. Humid. AC took forever to get in. Staff was not friendly. Guy looked like he was on something. Didn¿t get my deposit back. And they do not answer when we call to ask about deposit Negative: "" Negative: ""
