Terrible quality and mysterious white stains on bedsheets and lots more. The walls where scratched and the service people didn't react to us when we reported the mystery stain on the bedsheets when we went there we were advertised a pool but when we got there, there wasn't a pool in sight just a square pile of dirt where a pool used to be. Just don't go here there are way better places nearby for a similar price on top of all this on our way out for the 3 minutes we stayed in there, we found some brown stuff that resembles rat poop or mouse poop very unclean and not worth the price

This is not luxury lodging by any stretch of the American imagination. However, the room was neat and clean. We had to use the same coffee cups for three days because they ran out of them. The air conditioner was noisy, the TV reception was spotty with lost signals. We were awakened at 1:30 AM to the sound of slamming doors and screaming voices in the adjacent room. It's not the worst place we've stayed in, but it's much farther from the best.

Positive: The first room I was given I was bit by a bed bug!!!!! ¿¿ bugs ¿¿ I went to front desk to report it the young lady switched my rooms. Then as we were packing to move to the next room the maintenance man approached me and said that they dont have bed bugs. Negative: So I showed him the video and still said I see where you stayed here one night skipped an night and now you back. Where did you go. I said sir I was bit here! I was trying to show him the video he said he didn¿t need it. Next time come get someone! Negative: ""

great rooms for the price. Wonderful customer service from the employees. I'm given four stars only because they didn't have a working phone And no free breakfast.

Positive: Location is all. Negative: Everything! Staff was extremely rude, hotel was nasty and stunk. The room once checked in was dirty and dusty, there was cigarette burns all on the sheets and mattress. The pillows were so stained and nasty they were black and brown. There's more! Negative: ""

Cheap and clean, hard floors, not cramped. Our 2 queens room also included a table and two chairs, a desk with a rolling chair, TV, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, and coffee maker. No sofa and no extra beds available. Absolutely no frills. You might have to request washcloths or hand towels. Hotel has prominent signs stating that the DO NOT serve breakfast, so ignore any online listings to the contrary. Day staff was friendly.

Check-in was fast and easy. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful with a few questions I had. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The only thing I didn't care for was that the ac had a leak but I do understand that can happen in the high temps. The location is really good. Plenty of places to eat and a gas station is right there. Also for pet owners, there is a lot to the side that is a great place to walk your pup.

Front desk lady have the worst attitude ever! Racist as hell accusing false allegations !!! Dont go by online rating, Didn't take my 10% discount from the online booking, THEY don't service breakfast nomore everything about this hotel is blatantly a lie !!!! If I can give them no star I would this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to! After this week of my reservation I will never spend another coin here!!! Very unprofessional, Very Rude, Asked for corporate number the front desk manager refused to give it to me , Wouldn't give me her NAME NOR DID SHE GIVE ME THE CORPORATE NUMBER !!!
