Jay is engaging and generous. Good rooms even though the price is the best. Quiet. Ice machine is downstairs behind office. Price DOES include a light breakfast. I trust this place to let my young adult son stay here. Also, at this time, my friend owns an Asian/African fusion restaurant across Pacific Hwy Ave. Very good, great prices.

We went down for the Good guys car show all hotels booked. We found this hotel and so glad we ended up there. We have traveled a lot and these have to be the nicest and most polite people we have ever dealt with Ashley at the front desk was right at my door when i was putting the key card in wrong and she was so friendly. I spoke with the awesome managerJay in the morning and you can tell he really cares and takes pride in managing this hotel. Those people work hard there and I we were pleasantly suprised. Room was clean, bedding and linens were very nice and great pillows. Thanks so much guys for the great stay. I will definitely come back next year and stay with you.

Just passing by to see the folks at the Moose Lodge but these folks keep the damage deposit from almost every customer staying there. I stayed in a room that had a handicap/wheelchair accessible shower that would make any hotel or lodging business jealous...it was huge and I applaude them for it for sure! The owners will know if you take one puff on a cigarette in a non-smoking room no matter what...if you even think about smoking your going to be minus $100 from your wallet...not kidding...they are good people though and are running a hotel in a town that has turned almost all others into housing for the homeless.

I've been coming here off and on for the last 6 years with my wife and kids. The owners are good, hard working people that keep the homeless off of their property as well as get rid of any drama that happens. They are not stingy with the deposit. If you don't ruin/ destroy anything you'll get your deposit back.

The Manager was a pleasant man. He kept an eyes on his property. My room was an old-styled one with a low-sitting full sized mattress and pillows that couldn't hold a baby's head up. I sank far down into the chair when I sat down, and there was a Homeless couple who were always just off of the back lot every night. The location has a WENDYS and a 7/11 nearby in one direction, and plenty of other stores, eateries, and a Shopping Center just 1mi in the other direction. It s close to i5 and The 512, which was how I drove my NATIONAL RENT A CAR from LAKEWOOD to visit my Sister in TACOMA.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! The lady working tonight acted like she was better than everyone and was all high and mighty. She was completely rude and then she kicked my husband out at 1230 at night because he had a friend come over and take a shower. For the price of the room the room was not worth it at all. They were garbage. NEVER BOOK HERE.

Positive: The gal behind the counter was helpful Negative: Everything. The cleanliness, the broken furniture, the tv didn?t work, the first room smelt so bad like wet dog me or the front desk girl could even enter the room.

Positive: I'm not staying there Negative: Security deposit not yet returned. No housekeeping provided or dry towels but never told ahead of time. Don't look where the head board should be.
