Americas Best Value Inn Ft. Worth - Hotel in Fort Worth - 8345 West Fwy, USA

Rooms are clean. The beds are awesome. The customer service - the day shift manager - she was horrible. I suggest that she is fired and not be able to work in the hotel industry again. She was rude, wouldn’t work with you, has no personality, yelled and screamed on the phone. I would never stay again if she is there. She needs to be fired today 6/27/24.

I have had to rent by the week, and will probably be here another year. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They keep rooms nice and clean, and their swimming pool impressed me as top in area they keep it clean. It's family free and close to stores also.

Beware of this motel!!! My son and I stayed here in a pinch because my uncle is very sick, we had booked for two nights. The first night there At 1am someone knocked on the door(I didn’t answer) I called front desk(a young woman at the office looked at the cameras and says two men were outside my door). they left and then at 4am knocking again but this time aggressive, I called 911 to send police. Then called the office again, the lady told me now 3 men were outside the door! It took police 45 minutes with these 3 men banging on the door trying to get in. Front Desk doesn’t help AT ALL only told me to call 911. The police get the men and it turns out they were looking for a cell phone. But I don’t know anyone in that area so they must have been crazy. But it didn’t matter! My son and I had the police stay with us as we left immediately! The motel wouldn’t refund my night, only the second night because I refused to stay there another night! That motel is AWFUL! Only a little girl working nights and they kept most of my money! Our lives were in danger!

First off whoever lied and said they serve breakfast is a bold face because this abvi doesn’t do breakfast anymore and it looks like for a long time it hasn’t……. Second housekeeping is a hot mess because you have to catch them and ask for what you want towels clean sheets tissue whatever the case may be…… The way they walked and looking in rooms that have paid and being in people business is crazy, the pool stayed clean the guys did their job, but that front office she was sarcastic and rude at times…… I kept the room I was in clean myself and kept the sheets changed she had the nerves to say because I changed my sheets 😂 we’re doing to much laundry I’m like that’s what you’re suppose to do right???? Well anyway needless to

Positive: "" Negative: Would of been okay if there wasn't a crack dealer next door to us left and right and if the pool was cleaned. For the most part it was clean the price was good it did not get noisy. But the lady on checkout day was rude and hateful.

Positive: Location Negative: I watched the maid sweep the room and sweep it right out the door unto the sidewalk everyone walks on. Trash and debris around the hotel. All drawers in all 3 rooms had been ripped out. Lighting. And the ridiculous charge of $20 per pet!

Positive: This hotel was not what we expected at all and not what was advertised. I would like a full refund and would never recommend anyone say here again. The Sheets Were stained there was two pillows that were flat two beds in the room when we asked for a singl Negative: Replace was Extremely Loud all night long and sounded as if someone was being forced into doing things they didn't want to do right above our heads. Really sketchy area but the rooms are nice and clean. The beds are to die for so I always get the late check out. They have complimentary coffee in the mornings but don't be surprised if someone knocks on your door @ 2:00am or you hear arguing in the parking lot.
