Americas Best Value Inn Cocoa Port Canaveral - Hotel in Cocoa - 3220 N Cocoa Blvd, USA

It was okay, the housekeeping staff was really nice and the owner/person at front was too. Our room however did actually have roaches, and for our week there the air conditioning kinda leaked colant? So we woke up one morning with over half our floor soaked, we didn't bring up the floor because we were already about to leave but it was just overall not the cleanest place. The staff were nice and absolutely tried there best however the facility's were not up to standard.

If I can give no stars I would. The rooms were absolutely filthy there were roaches everywhere. Must have been the absolutely nastiest smelliest bug infested place I've ever stayed. There was nothing good about this place whatsoever. Heed my warning

The owner rents out houses on the side called SAI property and he's an absolute slum lord. I was with them for 6 years and nothing got fixed but they kept upping my rent every year. They kept my deposit and moved another single mom into the property not even 6 days after I turned my keys in. Good riddance

Awesome place if you're a crack-head or a roach

Just checked in. It IS under construction, so there is that to deal with, but we don't find it an annoyance. No signage, so was relying on GPS. The man that checked us in was friendly. There are about 12 security cameras on a big screen that he can monitor. The room is old, but appears clean. It is a motel with doors to the outside, no hallway entrance, stairs to the 2nd floor, breakfast not offered. We just needed a room for the night before the cruise.

We were looking forward to our stay the night before a cruise. When we arrived we thought we were at the wrong place. With the construction the front looks nothing like the picture and there is no lobby other than bare concrete. On the way to the room the pool looked terrible. As we walked into the room the smoke smell almost took our breaths. There was mold around base boards and a roach going up the bathroom mirror. My wife was bitten my a bed bug and then we say several on the sheet. That is when we left. Also they say they have breakfast but we were told that because of the construction there was none. This is our worse experience in our 70+ years.

The front desk staff where very friendly and accommodating. The room looked to be under construction since most of it seemed older and kind of run down but I could tell the floor had recently been updated and looked really nice. The pillows where thick and firm which was a pleasant surprise considering most hotel pillows are flat or way too soft to support your head. The parking area did have questionable people walking around but the hotel itself was alright.

Went here, rent 5 rooms, rooms say no smoking, first thing all the rooms stink as cigarettes, one of the room lights did not work, when I went to let them know they said nothing that we can do. In the morning when to the desk supposedly the owner is helping . Tell him hey did you know that you have roaches in the room . Only two towels were provided he replies to me oh last night we cancel your reservation because the card did not go through , then I told him yes the card went through look I was charged for two rooms. He did not care about the roaches ,or how dirty the rooms were. This hotel should be no star.
