Wish I could put zero stars! Lady at front desk was rude at check in. Room was nasty, mold on ceilings, mold in the bathtub and mattress was black. I took pics and videos. I been trying to contact corporate for a refund. We checked in and left after seeing the room. Tried to explain to the guy when we left and he was very rude. I would love a corporate phone number. This place should be reported to code enforcement.

Bed was hard as a rock literally you could have slept on the floor and been more comfortable cut my foot on the floor because the floor was coming up and was tried to be glued back down was told that they had cribs available so we didn’t bring a pack and play and we got there and there wasn’t a crib at all and got told they didn’t have one after a 4 hour drive was told on website and over phone about it and was told they served breakfast which was also a lie I would not recommend coming here unless they update their rooms.

In desperate need of renovations. Cost is too high for what you get. No pool. No breakfast. Clean room. Good service.

The room was dirty. There were several cracks in the walls. The toilet looked like it was pulled off the wall. The shower head leaked and sprayed out so the floor always got wet! The room smelled so I used my lysol. The female at the desk was so rude.The motel is close to the interstate and it was very noisy. There were no coffee pot in the room and the lobby door remained locked so you could not use any vending machines. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Think hard before you book this place. The gentleman also quoted me one price but the female charged me a higher price.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. This place was extremely dirty and unsanitary. They changed the price on us without our knowledge and added it to our credit card and they would not give us a receipt until we checked out. When my son first checked in they gave him a price for two nights but actually charged the credit card the full price per night. So he never received any discount. I wouldn't let my dog sleep in this place. Blood stains on the mattress mold on the chairs, hanging live wires. (Took photos). They didn't bring us towels and wash rags after asking them 2 times. We had to go by our own toilet paper because after asking them multiple times, again t hey didn't bring it. After telling them when we checked out that we were unsatisfied with the hotels unsanitary and filthy condtions they were very rude. I'm glad I took pictures so I could save other people from wasting their money and having such a bad experience.

5 min of entering the room I counted 6 live roaches. I did call the desk and they sent up a key to a new room. The room was good to go. I will also say that within 10min there was a gentleman in the room pulling the whole bed away from the wall and everything else too. I've never seen someone work that fast.

The ppl that run this place are incredibly rude and just down right ignorant. I walked across the street to the convince store and when i came back i finished my cigarette out on the balcony and went back inside my room, 5 seconds later i get a knock on the door and it was the front desk clerk telling me that I needed to smoke my cigarettes inside the room and that I didn't need to be walking around outside. I was in shock i said you're kidding me right. No if we catch you walking around out here we will call the police on you!! Also when i was checking in i was . .50cents short i had it on my card but not in cash and they literally would not rent me the room bc of 50 lousy cents. The room was $85.50,and there is no Continental breakfast or nothing. They do not provide anything for their guests and act like they don't even want guest's. And there was none there. Unbelievably rude. The rooms were disgusting it didn't even look like they were clean in-between guest's. The only reason why we stayed is because after we seen how disgusting the room was we asked for a refund and they said no. The only reason why I give it one star it's because there's not an option for 0 stars

Rooms were pretty clean but the lady that checks you in/out is very rude and she was rude to my daughter and the beds are extremely hard! Nope, won't ever be back there again until you get new considerate people to run it!
