GREAT VALUE. VERY CLEAN. I was positively surprised by this place. Customer service was great. Price was fair. The room was very clean. Was were recently painted. Bed was comfortable and well made. They could improve on the toiletries provided and the quality of their towels. I'd definitely pay a little bit more to make up for that. Very good for some to crash in if you're driving by

Positive: "" Negative: The room felt damp. Felt like the sheets were half dry. I think it's because there's no fan to get rid of steam after showers.

Room on second floor was not bad. Standard outdated hotel room but it was clean and bed was comfortable! Not too soft as it gets old! I would recommend but my only down side was the price! 90 buck for a Friday night. I would spend 20 bucks more and go to a hotel with hot breakfast in the morning!

I'm a truck driver. My truck is currently at the shop while I have to stay at this privately owned hotel w/ 20 - 25 rooms. Let me clear the air and state that I have been at over 100 hotels. Normally, the worst you can expect is bed bugs, roaches, and rude and loud neighbors. The hotel's manager is never on-site. I was here for 2 days and was told by STAFF, that if I don't have service in the room, they would be forced to call the COPS!!! (Red Flag!!) When I demanded to speak to the manager, I was told I would have to wait until 10:00 or 11:00 before she got here. First I was told that they don't do refunds and then later was told by the same staff member and not the manager which I was waiting to speak to for hours, that they do not give refunds. 2 hours later at 10:20 a.m. the staff member called my room phone to then tell me that they now could refund my room however I would have to leave before 11:00 a.m.. keep in mind I'm traveling solo with no kids no family just myself no dog no reason for the room to become dirty after 2 days. (I even said if it is mandatory and a policy please allow me to see it in writing.) The manager finally got in contact with me and said that they have to perform cleaning services in the room because they don't know who's staying in the rooms they could be crackheads, they could be drug dealers, they could have a meth lab set up in the room. (In her own words it's just our stated policy is not written anywhere) initially I shrugged it off because I had nothing to hide. It took them all of 5 minutes to clean my bed and the shower. Again I'm going back to why the cops need to be involved if all you're doing is replacing towels and making my bed. Which brings us to today I was told again for the second time that I had to let them clean my room otherwise they will call the police on me for refusing service. As I stated I've been to over 100 hotels including America's Best value Inn in multiple locations. Not a single hotel motel or Holiday Inn has ever said that I have to have mandatory service otherwise they're going to involve the POLICE. AND THEN TO SAY THAT IT IS MANDATORY AND ALL HOTELS REQUIRE A MANDATORY CLEAN IN YOUR ROOM IS A BOLD-FACED LIE! (BOLD) there is only one cleaning lady and she's underpaid and she has to clean the rooms otherwise she doesn't get paid. Quite revealing. I do not say caution and do not say please be mindful and said I will tell you to stay away from this hotel at all costs. Because besides the BS management you also have to contend with rude neighbors who also think it's okay to have an argument right outside your door and constantly try and fix their vehicle at the wee hours of the night. Keep in mind the manager is not on site so any problems will have to be addressed hours later or you're just going to have to call the cops yourself. Oh and did I mention that the Wi-Fi webpage does not allow you to connect to the internet. (Convenient) & Never Again! Super 8 is one exit up. You've been warned!!

Tried to check in for a month everything was fine until I told the lady I had a certified service animal because of disability.SAID SHE Would have to check with.management and call me tommorow but she was Cleary management herself. Sign at.desk even said pets allowed with fee. DONT BELIEVE THE AD PETS ALLOWED ENEN SERVICE ANIMALS FOR DISABILITIES.

Clean large rooms. No hot breakfast. Middle of nowhere. But great place to stay.

Owners are very friendly people and great to do business with! Anytime I'm in Byhalia this is my go-to spot! Clean comfortable rooms with awesome showers and great cable service! I would highly recommend stopping in this location if you're ever in the area. Make sure you call ahead of time because it's such a popular location they do fell out of rooms frequently. Keep up the great work!!!

We hadn't planned on stopping, but it was nearly midnight and we had 4 hours until home, so grabbed a room on the route home. My wife thought it was the safe thing to do. (Happy wife; happy life!)||Reserved a non smoking which is allegedly what we got, but it smelled STRONGLY of stale cigarettes. Seems they don't enforce the no smoking policy very rigorously. ||Can't complain much otherwise. I thought we'd stay for a quick nap then day home, but ended up sleeping until nearly check-out time. So aside from the flat pillows, it must've been comfortable enough to sleep 10 hours, right? And my wife had to sterilize her CPAP gear when we got home to get the odor out.||I thought about giving 2 stars, but these days this is about average for any room under a hundred bucks. C'est la vie. And it beats falling asleep at the wheel.
