I understand immigrating to this country for a better life, but you need to assimilate to the customer service expectations of this country. I reserved and paid online. The wife wanted $50 cash only deposit. I had already paid online and offered my cc for deposit. She said no cash deposit no room. I asked for a refund and she told me to call the online booking reservation company. The husband saved it and said no cash deposit is necessary. However he could see my online reservation but didn't have access to his own credit card billing system. Only his brother could see it and wasn't there, and asked me to pay again at the counter to make sure. I waited 30-40 minutes but the brother didn't call back. I was tired so I took the room. The next morning, the uncle or dad came knocking on the door waking me up, asking if I was checking out early. I was upset for waking me up. I called front desk to ask for a one hour extension to 12 noon to sleep, but the wife answered the phone and said she wanted $25. I drive this 85 corridor once a week. I will never stay here again. Besides earning her family a one star review, she single handedly cost them over $2,000 for the year for the times I will not stay there. Avoid this non customer friendly value motel.

The folks running this place are extremely rude and nosey! The room smelled bad. The pillows and bed sheets had an odor. The worst of it all my husband leaves to get us something to eat and as he's walking out the door he hollars back telling me he's leaving. Then there's a knock at the door and it's the man running the place. He asks for my husband I tell him he left and the makes me leave the motel. My husband goes back and they say they overheard him say he was leaving that's why they told me to leave! Needless to say he got our money back but had to threaten to call the police in order to do that!

Great value for the money! Room was clean, and had all the basics covered. Prompt and friendly service from all the staff. And in proximity to many grocery stores and restaurants. However, there is no breakfast here!

I wished I would have drove further for a room. Last minute I had to find a room. It was around 1am. I had my dog with me, I was charged a service fee for him, which is understandable. Man that did the check in didn't even tell me how much the room would be. The room was horrible! Worked for a place to sleep, but barley! Check out was at 11. 10:40 the owner starts knocking on my door asking if I was leaving. Not even 5 minutes later the cleaning lady was knocking asking if I was leaving. I paid 150$ for a few hours to be harassed by them to leave.... will not be back.

This is the most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed at . At check in the guy tried to charge us $90 and I said it’s usually 63 and he said okay $63 but don’t appreciate that he tried to get over on me. They just make up prices based on what you look like then they knocked on my door two hours before checkout . Very unprofessional . Sketchy neighbors and drug deals all around the hotel. The shower was yellow and had burn marks all across the tub . Found a warm on the bathroom floor

The owner or manager requires a $50 cash deposit when checking in I gave him my $50 but he did not want to give me a receipt. He wanted to argue with me about this. I told him all I needed was for him to write something on a piece of paper, saying he collected my money. He said he has been in business for 24 years. I’m in business myself and I would never collect money from someone without giving them a receipt, the room is old and worn. Not many updates are being completed. The location is good.

I picked up a car in Alabama and was driving it home, I decided to get a bite to eat and find a place to stay overnight. This place looked attractive in the pictures. ||||I checked in on Friday the 13th. It’s not as nice as it looks in the pictures. It’s an old motel that belonged to another chain many years ago. Imposed the door and the air was on. It was comfortable. I noticed the shade on one of the lamps was crooked and that there weren’t any bulbs in it. OK, I’ve got another that works. I went into the bathroom. It was quite worn but serviceable. There was a very strong odor of raw sewage, but I couldn’t see any. ||||The TV would come on, but there wasn’t any service. Then the bed. The white bedspread had several nasty stains on it. I turned it down and saw several human hairs and a scab on the sheets. They didn’t bother putting clean sheets on the bed. That’s a deal breaker. ||||I left and demanded a refund. Stay away from this dump!
