Cleaning staff inconsistent with duties. Some days beds were made, or not, or only one. I bring my own personal towels and pillows, and my washcloth was stolen. It very much does not look like any of their linens, and noticably different texture. Was told by the night clerk that the owner was out of the country and the manager said there wasn't anything they could do. This place is ran by inept people. If I wanted a subpar hotel experience, I would've went to a Motel 6. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, free WiFi. No breakfast, even though it says free breakfast on their site. No pool. Close to lots of fast food, gas stations, coffee places and a park.

I booked this place through Expedia because it was a decent price and in the location I was looking for. I looked past the reviews believing that it could not be that bad and people were just being stuck up. I arrived at my room late at night and the staff was readily available to check me into my room and was polite as anyone could hope for at 1230am. However, after a long flight and drive I was so ready to finally lay down and sleep, but when I entered into room #106 and set my bag down a cockroach immediately emerged from behind the dresser. I walked to the bathroom and when I looked into the closet there were two more cockroaches inside the closet. So due to my room already being occupied by a family of cockroaches I decided that I would not be staying there. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here. I don't blame the staff but clearly there are some management issues or maybe management has just lost the war against the roaches. Save yourself the time and money having to search for a new hotel at 1am. Just spend the extra money to go with a reputable hotel.

I stay here almost every weekend. Rooms are clean, furniture alittle dated but overall comfortable bed. Able to get a peaceful night sleep, not alot of in and out traffic. Price is on point

Positive: Wouldn?t recommend this hotel to anyone. Negative: The Grounds were dirty, when I open the door to the room I could not believe it. The Comforter looked as if it hadn?t been washed in years.

Positive: Proximity to Gold Country Casino. Negative: at least 4 dead cockroaches, 4? black hair ball on self in service area/closet, No WiFi in room, Bathroom fan screeched, Hair dryer didn?t work, AC could not reach temp / mechanically noisy, mattress only on raised metal link bed frame, plus more.

Positive: "" Negative: There was a roach in the bathroom and the room next door you can see through the curtain that there was trash EVERYWHERE. Then I switched rooms just to find another roach.
