Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Klamath Falls - Hotel in Klamath Falls - 3939 US-97, USA

It's located on the outskirts of town between two truck stop/gas stations with a pot dispensary next door. Not complaining, just sayin'. The room was a little worn, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's right on Highway 97, and it was a little noisy all night. The train tracks are also across a few hundred feet away, but there are no crossings in the area so no horns.|It has free parking and wifi, a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. |It was a bit pricey for what it was.

Decent place to stay for July 4th week, Service is good, Check in Check Out easy, Klamath Falls is a rural farming area, what surprised me was the lack of decent places to eat except for King Wu a Chinese restaurant. Had to survive on pizza for the rest of the days. Indian restaurant a gas station stop was slow and only a carry out.

I used Priceline to book my stay. The pictures of the property are VERY deceiving. They should also come with odor that is overwhelming at this hotel. If you like curry, this is your place. It’s everywhere. The front desk was unattended and I stood there a few minutes and made the decision this is not good enough for my family. The lobby is dirty and again the curry smell was thick. I left with no one even seeing me and got another hotel. On Priceline , thinking , surely they would see I booked another hotel with them and refund the horrible hotel I was charged for. But nope. Priceline did not. This will be the last hotel I book with Priceline and needless to say, no more Americas Best.

Positive: Location Negative: "/"Free/" breakfast falsely advertised. Office did not open until 7 a.m. TV remote was /"messed up/" beyond fixing."

Positive: It felt a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. The lady at the office was great, she came and fixed our TV immediately when we couldn't figure out how to operate it. Quiet and comfortable! Negative: It didn't have coffee un the room or in the office, l don't need a full breakfast but l appreciate coffee available at all times. Negative: ""

The house keepers/ owners absolutely refuse to clean the room daily . They won't vacuum, clean bed linens , or make the beds, let alone clean the bathroom or even pick up trash . They refuse to shovel the snow, some guests get snowed in, even the trash truck simply left without the trash because management won't clear the snow. They accuse guest of having dirty rooms even while they don't do their part. If you have kids, don't stay at this motel! They are NOT KID-FRIENDLY

The rooms were price gouged because of the eclipse, so it set me back about 230$, but it was super clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, and best of all QUIET. Pet fee is 25$ per pet, per night, so that was an extra 50$, all in we payed 280$ for one night. The only complaint l have is please offer guests coffee at least. I can get over not having breakfast but coffee should be in the office at all times. The coffee at the truck stop next door has great coffee though!

The rooms are very dated but for the price you can't beat it! If your looking for a clean place to sleep and are not looking for "Fancy" then your in luck! Very quiet, and the refrigerator, microwave and hot water all worked!
