Such a nice hotel room! Soon as we walked in, it smelled like fabuloso! Bed was clean, bathroom was spotless, clean towels, sink counter has to be my favorite (black marble) And the parking lot is completely lit up at night!

One of the most inhumane acts I’ve ever experienced. I’m a 23yr old girl, got thrown out onto the street. Family was staying there and had flown on a different flight earlier that day. I was on a later flight and it got canceled. It was late and I had no data, I went to join my family at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist wouldn’t even call the room to let them know I was here. Receptionist kicked me out onto the street into the below freezing weather. Wouldn’t even let me wait in the lobby to try and find a room at a different place. The man was extremely cruel and offered no help. Don’t stay here.

High quality, incredible value, travel hotel. This was very convenient to get to IAH and was a perfect fit for a traveler looking to have easy access to the airport for an early morning. Flight room quality was excellent and very large. Breakfast was just fine. They even had Texas shaped Waffles.

Nice place honestly. The Only issue was that I came to the hotel after dinner and didn't have any clean towels so I asked the overnight guy for towels at 12:00/midnight. He said he they don't give towels out that late and said to use the old towels. 🤮. Why would I use the towels I already used. Really?! . He didn't have to bring them up. I would've came and got them. So I couldn't shower that night. 👎

The service was terrible, they advertise that they have breakfast included and at least they never gave it to us. They only had the excuse that at 6:00 am in the morning everything was already over, and they still haven't returned my deposit of 50 dollars. I had to wait for today before leaving. I took a video to have some proof that everything was in perfect condition, and I hope they don't result in more scams. My room was 114.

Rooms are nice. Has a full-size refrigerator, two eye 👁 stove top to cook. The rooms are updated, but bring things to make the room your, you will feel quite at home 🏡 . I do recommend this hotel for a stay, close to shopping centers and many others.

I hope nobody ever stays here again. My flight from Houston was canceled so I booked a room here. I had sent my 23 year old daughter my hotel location as she was also in Houston stuck after her morning flight got canceled but was told she'd get on an evening flight. That flight got canceled as well so around 11PM with temperatures well below freezing and nowhere to go, she came to the hotel. After a $50 Uber ride, unknown to me at the time as I was sleeping, the manager refused to let her in let alone even call my room, instead he turned her out in the freezing cold in tears with nowhere to go; not even offering any assistance. Who does that!!! I have never personally experienced such cruel and insensitive service!!

I booked this room coming from Arkansas me and my family before booking I called the hotel and ask was it okay for me to pay and the other adult show their identification the lady asked how many people in a king size bed I stated my 1 yr old and 3 month old which I had a bassinet for her she said that was fine. After arriving the guy that was working refused to let us stay he was rude lied about me being rude over the phone to the lady I cried we drove for hours with small babies made it there around 11 pm and he refused to let us stay after booking online in advance. I do not recommend this hotel they have no respect please avoid this property and go to other properties that is much cheaper and better . Good things won’t come to the guy who purposely started an argument with me for nothing
