I had to change rooms because my refrigerator didn't work even after they "fixed" it. The AC didn't get cold, and then it leaked all over the floor. When I changed rooms, they knocked on my door the next morning and told me I had to leave (I have 2 small children and still had 2 days on my reservation). The hung their personal clothes on the fence to around the pool to dry. And said/did nothing about the man passed out for 2 days outside the back door! I will not be back!

2 live roaches 1 dead one. Missing a lampshade. TV wouldn't turn on. Stains all over the walls, beds, and floors. The smell was disgusting. Weird holes in the walls and parts of the walls were missing paint. The guy was nice, understanding of us leaving. Please clean your hotel rooms and like maybe consider an exterminator?? DO NOT STAY HERE. I mean, unless you have no better option (sleeping in your car would be better than staying in this hotel) 😬

our family went here because it was cheap and close to summer waves. I looked at the pictures online which showed light blue walls and a nice blue colored throw cover (room had a bleach stained red cover with 2 flimsy pillows). I wasn’t expecting the best BUT wasn’t expecting this either. No matter how cheap, it shouldn’t be disgusting. I didn’t see housekeeping just 2 employees. There was stuff splattered on the walls, dust and grim on all surfaces. We didn’t even unpack our bags. We didn’t feel safe after dark. The drink machine was out of order. There was a room that appeared to have over flooded down the hall. The breakfast consisted of muffins & juice but the juice machine shot out water instead of juice. The staff was friendly and it was a pretty quiet place. There was people smoking weed at the pool and a broken crack pipe in the parking lot. We won’t be back.

Positive: The pool Negative: We saw a cockroach in our bathroom. Although I reserved for 4 guests, there were only 2 towels provided. When I asked for more, I was told I needed to return the 2 we had. This was unacceptable to me that we could not all showe after using the pool.

My experience was very unpleasant. When I entered the hotel, I didn't see a front desk clerk... there was a sign that read "Ring the bell for service". The bell was actually broken, so I had to hit it several times before receiving any service. Here's what I received: 1.) Bright, fluorescent lighting 2.) Broken lamp next to the bed 3.) TV that didn't work 4.) A/C unit that didn't work 5.) A sink that shot water out like a cannon 6.) A desk clerk who was hanging out with his friends and being loud and obnoxious late into the night 7.) Everything was plugged into generic power strips 8.) The mini fridge was so loud that it needed to be unplugged 9.) Even when I turned everything off, I could hear a loud electrical sound throughout the building (very unsettling) 10.) The building has a very unpleasant smell After driving for 16 hours, I regrettably decided to stay here. When we first walked in, my son told me that he didn't have a good feeling about the place. I should have listened and saved $80! Worst experience I've had at a hotel. :(

I read all the other reviews and it made me nervous to stay here, however even as cheap as it is it’s not bad at all. Definitely could be a little cleaner and the hair dryer didn’t work (I may have just not known how to use it). But it’s not bad. We got a room with a jetted tub which was nice and relaxing, dollar store and other coffee and fast food right near by. Only a few minutes from Jekyll. If I needs anything the front desk helped out right away. If you’re on a budget this hotel isn’t that bad. I wouldn’t mind staying again

I could handle the gross towels, thick smell of smoke in my room, and no waters for the guests because of the low price. But 3 roaches crawling on the wall at night was enough for me to give this one star- place is disgusting.

Stayed here for the weekend and was not a pleasant stay. The rooms were falling apart, our bathroom door had to be slammed to be shut. Cords were hanging all over the walls. Our first night people were arguing in the parking lot. Someone was sitting on the front of our car and slung a drink all over it. The next morning crackheads were in the parking lot hollering at people riding around bothering people. It’s sad when you stay somewhere and don’t feel like your kids are safe. And it seems like management just wants to sit there and not say anything to them.
