Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bluffton - Hotel in Bluffton - 100 Charles Deam Ct, USA

Not the best choice of hotels. The whole hotel was warm when walking in and it was a very musty smell throughout the building. The beds were extremely uncomfortable the pillows were as well. The rooms were mostly clean, but it wasn't pleasant from the beginning when I walked in I rang the bell twice before the lady came down the stairs which I can only assume she lives on site. She questioned me about my kids service dog. Asking for documentation regarding our dog. Which is against the law. After mg husband explained to her that information I hope she doesn't continue to do that to people in the future. Overall I should have stayed somewhere else.

Positive: Nothing Negative: When it comes to service, this place is the worst.We actually booked a room for some guests who arrived late. The motel owner/operators would not answer their "call" bell, so our guests had to sleep in their vehicle. Awful experience!

Positive: Ease of communication, convenient room location, comfort and cleanliness. Negative: Coffee services not up to par; no breakfast available.

Positive: "" Negative: Upon checking in I received a text from a stranger asking if I was interested in dinner and then received a picture, possible coincidence, poor timing. Found a bag full of condoms in the nightstand drawer, and a cockroach ?

Rams are clean rooms are very nice great location great prices

I would of never had a problem if the lady up front didn't come and tell me to control my kid because people are sleeping 😆 at 8 pm?? Not to even mention I was trying to get back in the room with my hands full and he wanted to go the other way Kk that's fine yall suck I don't recommend coming here if you have children!!! No child lock on the doors My son just turned 3 and he struggles with communication so mind your BUSINESS so happy I switched hotels because this one is pretty awful!!

At first we were ok with this hotel. Small rooms but we basically needed a place to sleep and shower the next morning. In the evening I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom. I phoned the desk and was told “we’re trying to get a handle on the problem “. 3 more showed up thru the night and morning. We closed up all our bags and left the next morning without showers. I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund. She was not in. I found that there is no corporate office but I did contact the company that oversees their licensing. They are trying to reach the manager as well.

Positive: Location Negative: I didn't care for the curly black hairs all over the bathroom. Also wasn't happy that I booked 3 king rooms and got confirmation, then only 2 king rooms were available when we checked in, not what I paid for. Understaffed, everything was very strange.... Negative: ""
