Staff is terrible we didn't even keep our reservation complete RIP OFF FOR OUTDATED OLD SMELLY ROOMS

Not a place for people who are in wheelchairs. This place will raise the rate for the accessibility room and will charge extra money on your credit card.

My sister was ditched in Klamath Falls with no money and no ride but I was trying my best to get her a place to stay with my card but they would not help me.

Excellent

I loved the service. I had a very pleasant time.
