About a month ago, I called Pam and asked to get a car removed from my policy. She said it wasn’t a problem and that they will give me a credit for my next payment. A month later, I check my bill and call Aspire. Turns out the car was never removed and had to pay another month for a car that I did not have anymore. Will be cancelling, Do not recommend them at all
