Very nice owner. The food was fresh and he was great at recommending his favorites.
The meat is what shines - great seasoning and flavor - I had beef and pork street tacos. Wife had pineapple habenaro. Beans and rice didn’t have seasoning but that’s ok, they’re nice additions to the tacos and he has a cool selection of hot sauces made by a small maker. They were good.
Okay, I am not from around here. I saw this place on my corecard. The staff was very friendly and explained the corecard to me. My husband and I got the burritos. I was kind of worried they would be small because my husband has severe ADHD and can eat. They customized our burritos to our likings. Loved that, taco bell has nothing on them. Well the burritos were done, I was impressed. I got two 30oz drinks. I know the price is 2.75 which is a little pricey, but you do get a large cup with free refills. As we ate our food. It was delicious and very filling. We both ended up getting the quesadilla burrito. I do recommend this place if you want filling burritos. You get your money worth. This my opinion.
This is my 3rd time to Rolla but the 1st time eating anything from American Taco Company and I ordered pork street tacos with pickled onions and it was amazing !!! Will most definitely eat here again my next trip to Rolla !
Best tacos in Missouri! Perhaps best in the central time zone! We were missing our local fare from SoCal and were dubious about this place… until we tried it! So. F*ing. Amazing! Ghost cheese has a good kick! Will be back anytime we find ourselves driving through - thank you^100! 🌮🌯👏
This was the first time we ate at the ATC & Scruffs. We will definitely be back for more. The food was AmAzInG & staff was so friendly & helpful in helping us make our 1st time choices. Also, very clean in the dining area & restrooms. The atmosphere was so inviting & signing our names on the wall was an added bonus! See ya 'all when we come through Rolla, Mo again!

West coast style here in Missouri. I love this place, great flavor, portions and prices. Build your own burritos is also awesome. They also have some super hot salsas.
This place is FANTASTIC. I can’t recommend it enough. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
