This is a great gym for lifters and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities! Lots of opportunities for coaching and training to learn the skills to lift and move correctly. Lots of support to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. The trainers here are amazing and the community is inspiring, supportive, and fun to be a part of!
Ken and the entire crew at AS are awesome folks. I don’t often get down to the cities on training days, but when I do I make sure to stop by. Great environment, great equipment, great people.

Awesome. Quality facility with rare gems of equipment you won't find at other gyms. They've accommodated very well to the Pandemic and you can safely and effectively get a killer workout here. Ken and Sam rock!
Horrible customer service. Was invited by a member of the gym to workout. Was excited to try this gym since it has equipment other gyms don’t. Went with my BF, who is a well versed lifter. When we arrived the front desk person barley acknowledged us, we signed in and asked for a guest pass. The clerk called the owner, then asked us where we are from and then proceeded to tell us no guest allowed at this time. I explained I checked the website before arriving and was told it is not kept current. So disappointed!!
Old school, no nonsense gym. Very clean with a friendly atmosphere and top of the line equipment. Give it a try!
If I could give it 6/5 I would. Joined a few months ago after work/sports injuries put me off lifting for a few months and it exceeds all expectations. Facilities are great, other gym-goers are friendly, but the staff make it the best gym around. Ken (owner) goes the extra mile in cultivating an open/learning environment and giving excellent advice. Again, 6/5.
This is by far the cleanest and most organized lifting gym. I appreciate always being able to locate what I am looking for and having ample supply. It doesn't have everything, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a place filled with knowledgeable, genuine individuals and high quality equipment.
