I started to bring my son in for class in October, for class, to see if he would even be interested! Coach Don has the patience to work with the children of all ages. He makes sure everyone is learning something ever single night no matter how many are present. He has made such an impact on my son and I see so much growth, not just in the technique they use but also his behaviors. Best decision I have ever made. I am so thankful that Coach Don has came into our small town for the kids and adults.

Im so glad I found this place for my son. He has learned so much in just 2 months. Coach is awesome and every person in the class is always willing to help too. Everyone is very respectful. This is an overall great place. If you or your child are interested, don't give a second thought just try it and you will love it. Thank you for everything you have done for my son. Coach is so patient with the kids! My son is excited to attend every day. I am excited for my son to have self discipline and anger control. I know this sport will give him those qualities. And he is having fun as he is learning💛

This place is the best! We went in to sign our kids up, and ended up signing up as a family. Coach Don and coach Jackson are both so patient and helpful. The kids can't stop talking about what they've learned and the friends they've made. As for me? I'm having as much fun as the kids! In a male dominated sport, I wish more women would see how beneficial these skills really are. I feel stronger and more empowered than when I started. Definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made!

My girls love this place! The instructors are very dedicated and patient with their teaching. I would recommend to anyone looking for their children to learn a disciplined, physical, self defense life skill. Y’all check them out. You want regret it.

Coach Don is really awesome. He wrangles all those kids and they love him. He’s firm but patient and the kids always have such a blast.

Coach Don is absolutely amazing😃 I enrolled my two boys, ages 8 and 12 because it’s a class so many of our homeschool friends have done, my husband watches Joe Rogan, and he talks about it often as being extremely beneficial. I see one of my top goals as a mother is to turn my boys into tough men, One of my goals is to surround them with positive strong male role models. Coach Don is firm but loving, he is perfect😎I thank The coaches for the growth I have seen in my boys.
