American Plaza Shopping Center - Shopping mall in Allentown - 225 Hamilton St, USA

3+ hour wait @PADOT in Berks County for my license photocard so I decided to go here. I would have been out the door, with my new license in hand in 5 minutes, but wound up chatting with Staff for another 15 minutes. Wonderful people and service.

I've only been here twice and but the only place I went to was head quarters their service was really good👍

The plaza is convenient because I live right around the corner. The mini marts prices are ridiculously high, I don't shop there unless I really have to. There's always harmless homeless people there that store owners and the guy who cleans the parking lot always harass and call the cops on. I find that unacceptable. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Think about it, they call the cops on a homeless person, the cop writes them a ticket, they can't pay the ticket because they don't have any money, they end up with a warrant and sit in jail for a month or maybe longer because they don't have an address. They go thru this for trying to survive. I've been there and have witnessed it first hand so I try to shop there only as a last resort. I don't agree with how they treat the unfortunate.

I went to the next closest Metro to try to find out how to get my refund no one knows how to do. Who peeks around the corner, but my long lost Metro guru. Lori.she took over my phone & between the two of them & their customer skills it appears my refund notice is on its way to my email for further instruction.

Cheap and plentiful Chinese food. Spanish restaurant is not very good and some prices are ridiculous. They charged my grandson $5.00 for a small bottle of juice. Very small bottle!

Good experience nice place to walk and shop
