Great gym, particularly if the generic box gyms are not your thing. They also had a great system for day passes for folks like me from out of town. It allowed me to train even when it was past staffed hours. Gym was very clean and had a lot of racks, DB, machines, etc. Also have a long turf strip for sled pushing and Farmer's walking. Decor and vibe were great, too.
Visited the gym for the first time yesterday. Had an amazing workout. Enjoyed every second of it. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and the atmosphere is unmatched. Equipment was great. Will be returning to get a membership. 11/10 highly recommended!
Good gym, good equipment, great 24 hour access. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is music is typically way too loud. I’m all for loud music and understand the gyms vibe, but I can’t even overpower the gym music with my personal beats headphones.
Great selection of Arsenal Strength equipment, old style iron weights and dumbbells, clean bathrooms, and solid lighting. Definitely worth checking out when in Newport News.

The best gym in the 757 bar none, been a member since August 2020 and it's been great. Since the move to the new location, the selection of equipment is unmatched, 24 hour access is fantastic for my schedule, Staff is friendly keeps the place spotless. Never met a bad person there, everyone is helpful, patrons and staff. AIBC is the gold standard I compare every other gym to. Do yourself a favor and sign up ASAP
I’m honestly excited to join this gym I talked to a staff member today on the phone about coming through for a tour before I commit to a contract she was very nice gave me times she would be there made me feel welcome told me to come down and check the place out
