American Inn Motel - Motel in Muskogee - 200 S 32nd St, USA

First room I have gotten had roaches in the microwave and on the floor so I told them about it then they gladly transferred me to a different room but this room had roaches as well. There was roaches in the microwave and refrigerator. I saw a huge roach crawling on the bathroom wall. I recommend do NOT get a room from this motel

The place could use a make over but its not so bad and i just think the owner lady is great shes always smiling n usually in a good mood. Ive stayed there off and on over past few yrs and have had a decent experience. Prices are usually pretty decent. Not a bad place to go to just hang out n take a break from things. Nothing but good things to say about this lady she really goes outta her way for her guest. Kindness goes a long ways n this lady is kind i like her and her little motel it was a a break when i needed one..

Like the owner lady she is a very nice person and helpful if you need anything while your there. Has good prices rooms could use an update but im not complaining. The prices are cheaper than most and the people are kind. Hospitality goes a long ways now days cause its hard to find.

Roaches roaches roaches,scorpions and gicos. Disgusting.

Bedbugs. they turned off the electricity at 10 p.m. and said that I didn't need electricity that I should go to sleep. Then when I went to take a shower there was no hot water, only lukewarm. After I said something to the owner, I guess he went and turned the hot water tank up because it got warm. After I discovered to bed bugs in my room I requested a refund so I can go stay somewhere else and they refused 😡

Normal don't do things like this, but this motel is the nastiest place I've ever been to. The room is covered in dust, the curtains are falling apart with holes in them. The bathroom is nasty, the tub was painted, for some odd reason. The water pressure was bad. The refrigerator hardly worked, the microwave was hard to open bc of how used it was. Not to mention I have two kids I stayed there with they both ended up getting sick. The worse motel room I've been to my hole life. The manager never cleaned never changed the sheets. Stayed here for about a week, till my house was ready to rent. In that time i seen two people leave, the manager only re used the sheets to make the beds with never changed them with new ones. My kids ended up with a bad cough bc of all the dust and the buld up of allergens. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Needs to be updated with the times, has dinosaur t.v.'s ugly as hell, you pay too much for a room that you can easily pay just as much for a better room just a couple of blocks away. The owners wife is always angry and is constantly screaming and yelling, all in all, if you pay just a few dollars more you can have a better experience nearly anywhere else, there isn't even any ice in the ice machine. But the owner is a good guy. Cheap motel with not so cheap prices.

The management keyed their way in our room yelling and screaming demands for my company to get put like we couldnt have visitors even tho it was o ly 1 PM.. she demands us to give her more money or she was calling the police n we was to leave
