Lovely customer service! Very clean room including the floor! Thank You housekeeping! I really liked the colors/fabrics in the room. They service pretty much all of your needs with having the usual big TV, fridge and microwave but also little coffee maker, iron and board, and hair dryer. Only downside are the beds are double not queen. But I still recommend staying here! Close to gas station and eating and I40.

If I could negative stars this place would get that rating. So the sheets were stained with black spots all over. The window was broken in our room. When I told the manager he said the window was double paned lol. He gave me a key to check another room it was just as dirty as the first one. I asked for a refund he cursed and said I would have to go through Expedia to get it. So I did then he comes out still cursing and hollering across the parking lot. I could not understand him while i was putting our things back in our car. Go anywhere but here it, this place is disgusting and nasty.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. I booked my hotel room a YEAR in advance. It was going to be a popular weekend and I knew that which is why I booked early. When I got to the property they tried to charge me 3x what I had reserved it for. When I asked, they claimed it was not their fault, that the website made a mistake. When I asked them to honor the original price, because it had been reserved with plenty of time for them to contact me about the “mistake” and obviously they were price gauging, they said they wouldn’t do that. We did not stay there. The hotel is not worth $700 for 2 nights, it really isn’t worth what I booked it for originally

We booked a room well in advance. Hotel prices went up after we booked. And wouldn't you know it, they e mailed to tell me a "computer glitch" resulted in my booking being canceled at short notice, which allowed them to sell my room to someone else for more money. Think you can trust this place to honor your booking? Best to look elsewhere.

Great deal for a stay during the 2024 eclipse. I made my reservation a year ahead of time so the rate was great.

We reserved two rooms and arrived after midnight. One room was okay although the floor, a hard surface not carpet left black feet from walking across it. The other room was not cleaned at all. It had trash in the only trash can and the bed was unmade. We complained and a maintenance man brought new sheets a put them on and then made another trip to get washcloths and towels. He also brought coffee. He apologized and was a nice man he cleaned the bathroom. We spoke with the night clerk and he said we would have to talk to manager. The manager was not in when we checked out the next day and when we called said he could not credit refund any portion of the room. and we would have to speak the the owner who is out of the country. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.

We got exactly what we asked for to suit our needs. The front window was fine for check in, I'm 65 and my hearing isn't great but the lady was very nice and patient with me. The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was clean and comfortable, we have no complaints. The building itself may be older but the integrity is sound. There wasn't a lot of noise, none that was bothersome. We were also respectful of the property and other guests. I have a therapy dog and a puppy. Every time we go to Arkansas we will definitely stay at American Inn and Suites in Russellville. We were there September 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2022. I could relax and rest. I was there to visit my 94 year old Mother in hospice with stage 4 colon cancer that has spread through out her tiny little 80 pound body. I will always reserve the same room we had a week ago.

Our power went out so we had to book a room last minute with our three children. The lady at the front desk couldn't get my card to read for some unknown reason and actually discounted my room to the price I had in my pocket. Super nice lady. The rooms were clean, the heater was fantastic, and all amenities such as the microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, etc. were included and in working order. Maybe not the most high class of establishments, but worth every cent for the service I received. Thank you, ma'am.
