New person working at the sandwich station was so rude and didn’t even ask me if i wanted any vegetables or cheese on my sandwiches, when i asked her she told me she couldn’t do it because they were already wrapped up. She asked the other people behind us if they wanted any vegetables or cheese on their sandwiches. worst food service i’ve ever received from here
American Hero in Loris, SC is a great hometown restaurant serving salads, hoagies, hero’s, & Philly’s. Fresh cut meat and homemade bread make this a nice option! Fast and personal service that make your sandwich to order. I found the Hero to be a wonderful sandwich. Large portions and side items round out the large menu. Great experience!
This location handles some of the biggest lunch rushes with ease. Food is always great and the staff fun and polite. One of my lunch favorites.
Great subs I get extra meat but here lately they have been putting less meat on the double meat subs and raised the price. An 8 inch double meat sub is $11.33 and for that price it ain't worth it crazy as it sounds I think I'm going back to Subway they have coupons. I can get 2 footlongs at Subway for $12.99
What a pleasant surprise. I had the American hero and my husband had the cheese steak. The bread was so fresh. Will definitely be back.
American Hero, is a Loris STAPLE! Subs, salads, gyros, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prices are reasonable and portions are a fat girl's dream (well, my inner fat girl anyway). A regular sub fills you up and a giant can feed a family of 3 (if one of the three is under 6 and someone is a light eater), or serve as lunch and dinner. Wait times vary, but it's always worth it. There is a drive thru, however it is only for pick up. Which I advise anyone with a patience issue to do. You're not going to pull up and order...this ain't subway (and that's a good thing). The owner is friendly and so is the staff. I dont sit and eat (I like to go home and be greedy in private) but space is provided. Dope little sub shop. Try it. You'll like it, and if you don't...leave a review and don't go back 🤷🏾♀️.
Pretty good steak and cheese I must admit extremely busy but still fast.
I ordered a cheese veggie sub - cheese is off brand (thought it was Boar’s Head) lettuce was half brown, bread quickly became soggy. I was told it was comparable to Jersey Mikes and it was not anywhere close to theirs Definitely not worth $15 … will not be back

Love this place, we have to travel to Loris at least once a month and have turned this place into our lunch spot. Their staff are always super friendly, the art on the walls are beautiful, it's very eclectic with lovely mismatched chairs and tables.
Great course! Tricky is the best way to describe it. A some what challenging course. Well maintained and kept up. Had lunch after the first 9 and the food and service were great! Thanks to the pro shop guy for walking me through my first time there.
Fun, great people. We always have a great time. We love the wings. They do events worth helping others. Friends food and refreshments. Aplus in our outings.
