Manager says my (ashy) feet are too dirty so he will not wash the towels. His help threw good sheets in the trash and offers nicotine sheets to customers. At room entrance, I saw that someone tried to hide liquor bottles in the chair cushion. There were brown stains in the office chair. We threw away the bottles, manager took away the chair, and we cleaned and sanitized the room from top to bottom. We covered all the furniture and bedding. We sprayed and disinfected the air and surfaces, daily (another story). He, finally, offered to wash my towels. We preferred to buy our own towels, pillow cases, and sheets and do them ourselves. We took our sheets, our quilt, and our own towels when we left. We did not use any of his things. I enjoyed never having to be bothered with him while I was there. We cleaned the room before we left, but, he wanted us to clean his linen which we never used. (Sorry, NOT THE MAID.)
First of all driving late at night needed a room, couldn't pass up the price $50 credit. Large room double beds clean refrigerator microwave up to date tv. Beds are kind of firm and could use a update but over all it's comfortable. Small hotel but cozy and comfortable. Gas station across the street and fast food just a couple minutes away.
We were in town visiting and decided to stay overnight. Should have known something was not right from the start when he stated they only accepted cash but the credit cards signs are on the door. Apparently they need the cash right then. No breakfast. The owner stated that it was independently owned but not sure if he understood what that meant. One look and we left, got our money back and check into another brand up the road and paid double but it was worth it. Beware of budget hotels.
Inn is old and could use some repairs & updates. Good hot water, bed was ok. I got a small room that is cheaper than a regular room, saved some money. Don't know what other rooms looked like? OK part of town. Near a highway, food choices were average nearby. Just was a place to sleep & wash. Don't think it had wifi?
For the price I wasn't expecting The Hilton but I do expect the room to be clean. Maintance upkeep is less than desirable but biggest issue is roaches. Why do you have roaches? Because no one is properly cleaning these rooms. Only clean thing was the sheets. Tile floor wasn't even swept. Glass shower has water stains all through them. Just not a pleasant experience. As soon as I woke up at 6a.m. I checked out. Beware. Check your rooms before yu hand them money
Room smelled weird, bathroom area wasn't cleaned very good. Refrigerator wasn't on so it wasn't cold at all. Ac wasn't on ,room was 75°. Man at desk acted like he couldn't understand English, saying room is clean. Everything is good. But it was actually a big disappointment.
Not a great location, the employee at front desk WAS HORRIBLE, the rooms were not very clean and mediocre linens and towels, no bathroom soap or anything, and never got any help about the TV working, couldn't use it.
last year i had stayed couple months and front desk guy kept telling me i couldnt have all my belongings and that i had to much stuff then gave me a refund and told me i had to leave so i left, immeditately , they have no maid service we have to clean rooms , has few roaches and spiders here and there . but cheap price good if u only stay for a night or two
What a fantastic addition to town!! This place is great for all ages. They have classic video games and a ton of pinball machines. So many to choose from. The pricing is great for the hour or an âall day kind of passâ. The establishment is clean
