Accompanying the meal, the jasmine rice topped with mushroom soup was an innovative and delightful combination that I highly recommend to future visitors. The customer service was exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and satisfying experience. The cleanliness of the lounge was remarkable, with staff diligently maintaining the highest standards of hygiene throughout my stay. The open bar was a highlight, offering a wide selection of drinks that were as delicious as they were expertly crafted. Impressive Atmosphere at Amex Lounge Miami Our visit to the Amex Lounge in Miami was marked by an impressive atmosphere and noteworthy amenities. The lounge provided a comfortable and stylish environment, offering a welcoming space to unwind. While the lounge didn’t reach the pinnacle of perfection, it certainly delivered a solid and enjoyable stay. The four-star rating reflects the positive aspects of the lounge, making it a reliable choice for those seeking a comfortable and well-appointed space at the Miami airport.

Just wow... The food and drinks were great. If you come early enough, you might be able to snag a complimentary ( gratuities based) massage or manicure. We arrived in the afternoon, so seating was very limited. However, I still enjoyed my time. GET THAT AMEX CARD!

One of the best lounges I have ever been in. I am visually impaired and the staff are extremely helpful with showing me around and helping me with getting food. When I got there, there was an hour wait but they had me jump the line and I got in in 5 minutes and they had me sit in the area for centurion card holders. The food is extremely good. All of the food I tried was very flavorful and cooked perfectly.

This is perhaps one of the best settings for a Centurion Lounge I have seen so far. My review reflects the poor management of the place. We had a four hour layover at MIA. We waited until there were three hours left to get in. Upon accessing the place, we found a super packed place. Many of the people there had spent at least four hours given that they were still there by the time we left after almost three hours. While this may go again some when trying to access the place in the future, I think the three hour rule helps with reducing congestion in the lounge. Food at this location was excellent but service could be improved.

If you come earlier than 3 hrs even a bit they won’t let you in even if there’s space. If it’s a busy day they will turn you around asking to wait another hour in line. Once you get that text to go in, you’ll see it half empty. Add to it a grumpy guy in glasses sitting in his big chair with dry voice that clearly couldn’t care less about your comfort.

Was looking forward to visiting my first Centurion lounge and luckily it was not max capacity. Very nice and welcoming staff, the food was very good, they have chief inspired dishes and a pretty good variety including vegetarian. I’m a whiskey drinker and was a little disappointed that they have very limited options and no scotch but other than that it was a great way to relax while waiting to board your plane.

Okay, life just got better after being at this Centurion Lounge in Miami. This is what you expect when you’re a platinum member. The choice of food is in three separate areas with a diverse range of options. The fried chicken was incredibly tender, the salads fresh and the bite sized snacks perfect for those that aren’t too hungry. The bar staff can mix up a cocktail so well. So well in fact I had to have two. Toilets and bathrooms very clean. Spacious areas to spread out. If you’re working or need to connect to wifi, all covered off for you. There are also quiet spaces for those that are perhaps on a Zoom call. This is the best of the lounges that I’ve been to, but I’ve only visited maybe a dozen Centurion ones. Highly recommend.
